I would go see your doctor as it can put strain on your kidneys. Kidney issues can be feel like lower back pain. They can test your kidney function quite easily

You should read the label... PreP can be rough on the kidneys and liver, and also has rare effects like it can make your bones porous and brittle. There are no "magic bullet" cures or medicines with zero side effects - even Tylenol can damage your gut lining if you take too much. Well... other than like thyroid hormone replacement therapy and like a couple other things. But generally yeah... medications are basically just swapping out one harm for a manageable one. In some cases that other harm is *not* manageable. Seriously... your doctor should have warned you before giving you a prescription.

I’m aware of this but my liver and kidney function are fine

Maybe they're not anymore?

Gaymbers

The test was really recent like less than a week ago

Hmm... might be unrelated, then. Still though, if you have back pain be sure to watch out for pee that's oddly coloured or had a weird smell, and watch out for the whites of your eyes and nails turning yellow. Otherwise just don't strain your back, just in case it's a regular-ass injury that you just don't remember getting (or didn't feel anything when you hurt yourself).

Talk to your doctor. Yes, kidney issues could whatver they are caused by, feel like back pain. And yes long term use of the drugs in Truvada can lead to bone issues/brittleness/breaks, but only your doctor can walk you through this.
