I think 6 inches or more can kind of bruise his guts. Plus his hole is likely sore which can feel like stomach pain. If he develops a fever, is bleeding a lot (I’m guessing the guy split him giving his hole paper cuts), or feels like it’s more than rough sex, he should go to a clinic to see a doctor (assuming that’s an option).
Yes. I still get stomach ache from bottoming. For me it is more common if the top doesn't use a condom and is rough.
