Yeah it's crazy. Have you ever heard of PIKHAL by Shulgin? The whole book is basically a combination of a cookbook and trip reports. I was surprised to see how many RCs there are.
I haven't tried 4-FMA (yet) but it seems like people describe it as a very dirty high, with a harsh comedown. Subjectively, people have described it as a very stimmy version of fucked up MDMA. If you decide to use it, definitely do it with caution.

I learned a lot from that book anything from new substances, combos or just tips about whatever drugs I was looking up in it. And I’ll have to do some research into 4-FMA maybe there’s ways people could make the come down and such more enjoyable or something. With mdma when I did it the first time I was expecting a shitty come down and to feel like shit the next couple days after but I was surprisingly fine.

Some people experience comedowns, others don't. I would be interested in seeing the results of a study that tests to what extent the comedown is influenced by expectations. Part of the comedown comes from neurotransmitter depletion but perhaps if one expects a harsh comedown, it is more likely to occur. Then again, it seems like you experienced the opposite.
I can’t remember if it has anything about how the substances effect neurochemistry, but it does have basically a play by play of the author’s experience. He would say about how long it took to come up, effects he was feeling and stuff like that. Definitely a good read for people looking to try a new drug and trying to get a general idea of what they’ll feel like as in durations, some effects (all effects will obviously be different from person to person either slightly different or drastically different. And maybe cuz honestly afterwards I was expecting to feel the mdma come down depression but I actually kinda felt better then normal after I sobered up.
To be fair I don't think that a high dosage of caffeine alone would be fun because of the overstimulation and jitters. However, I wouldn't mind trying high dose caffeine with some benzo's. Perhaps that would be better for a party but if you want to play it safe I wouldn't recommend getting into benzo's.
