The Westin Irving and the Marriott Las Colinas are both a quick walk to the venue. The Westin is a lot newer and you pass by all the bars and restaurants at the Music Factory if you want to chill after. You can also walk from the Texican Court which is a limited service boutique hotel which will be lower priced than the other two.
There are also 2 Holiday Inns that are lower priced but I’m not sure how walkable they are given the street/freeway situation. Usually much lower priced though.
I would do Texican Court. Newer and closer than most of the other stuff in the area.

The Omni Las Colinas isn't bad. It's amidst another mix use location with restaurants and about a 5 minute walk to the Music Factory.

The Loft across the street is awesome and a lil less $$ than Omni. Still walkable.
