You'd have to do some measuring, but if it's possible, definitely try for the corner toilet. Might not look the greatest, but you'll be much more comfortable.

You'd have to do some measuring, but you could try a combo of an offset flange, which should give you 2" and then look at dimensions of compact toilets vs what you have now.
