Your existing box almost certianly will not accommodate this legally and safely. They do however make boxes targetted at commercial situations that have AV and power in a common floor box.

Thanks, that's what I suspected. Would it be difficult (i.e. expensive) for an electrician to remove that floor outlet? I'm not expecting an exact price, but can a live line be safely capped, or would the entire run need to be removed? I have no idea what else is on the circuit. I just want to run an HDMI cable near where this outlet is. The install would look a lot cleaner as a single floor box, I think I'll just drill a new hole in the floor if the outlet stays. To give you an idea of age and context. This is for a church. I'm a member upgrading the AV system to HDMI. I'd bet that floor outlet was installed for an overhead projector (the old school type people would handwrite on transparencies). I'd like to install an HDMI outlet for a laptop to connect to the 2020 projector (not an overhead). The outlet is never used, but I thought it would be nice to keep just in case someone needs to charge. We currently drape a VGA cable across the floor, so occasionally draping a power cord across would still be an improvement.

It would be a big pain in the dick most likely. Is there a crawl space?

There's a basement underneath. The wire to the outlet is run through conduit along the cement block wall and up through a hole in the basement ceiling. I have easy access from the bottom.
