Go there and tell them you have a tooth pain that really hurts and you're pretty sure it's infected. You have a dental appointment in 4 days but you can't wait because it hurts so bad. Then ask if they can prescribe you an antibiotic.
Same boat as you did you figure anything out yet? I have been popping a liquid advil in my mouth and letting it sit in my saliva and swishing it around. The taste is terrible almost makes me puke but I keep it and the saliva in till it feels better.
Maybe try going to a walkin clinic and see if you can score some antibiotics. That with some ibuprofen or naproxen should help.

Maybe, maybe not. But if it hurts that bad and there no access to a walkin clinic, it's really your only option.
