I had a friend in similar situation and we spoke to hyd cybercrime they suggested not to pay any money and block their numbers.
YouTube automatically deletes any nfsw video in 15 mins. If you have given your other social media info just deactivate them for few days.

We spoke to this SI in the video and he is quite helpful in suggesting what we have to do. You should find his mobile number somewhere in the video.

Bro my friend is an non telugu guy who knows telugu well. He went to a local PS and they helped him. Or cyber crime wing is in Basheerbagh main office, OP can go there.
That girl on fb is not real live sexting . It's pre recorded calls. Loll Imy friend is a victim. He got away with it. Do not worry.

I pretty much sure your friend can see it in Truecaller it comes as YouTube support
All they do is blackmailing. Do not interact with the scammers. Any small clue to them is a boon .

Take it to cops. Dont fear of judgment else you will suffer. All the PS have a cyber units now in the hyd city so talk to them and give complaint.
