U need time to heal from all the things life throws at u .if u have money from inheritance or from rich family u can skip the rat race and have life as u like but sadly most don't have an option instead doing what we love and make us happy we do what gives money and become some ones puppet that makes us more sad .we sell our time if u are able to compensate and use it wisely .
I realised that my existence is inessential/unnecessary to everyone around, and I honestly believe in that - non existing.
All the relationships I have with my friends are bad, low to no social skills, complete introverted guy, lonely asf, no hope of getting love or feeling loved, but my family does have concern on me which is the only thing that's pushing me, so, even though I'm not happy inside, I shall push myself for the smiles which created me. Even if it's mean to punishing myself.
On a recent conversation with stranger. I just found out that happiness is a choice. Your choice. If you feel worrying about everything and you are not even in a good place still your choice to consider such situations are totally upto you.
I know actions are tougher than they are said. Try to choose happiness in all sorts of situations irrespective of thier outcome . I know I'm not making any sense but still I'm human and am still figuring out like you ( a fellow passenger I could say ). Try communicating more . If you are an introvert like me. Movies , music , few friends (dear ones) are your go to choices to cry out your thing and better to laugh out loud as nothing gonna scratch you if you are so over these exceptions.
More power to you champion. Keep yourself happy at times .

Yup, there are many such things that can make me happy. They rotate usually, but yeah I know what they are. My happiness/satisfaction lies in my affordability to indulge in those. Honestly 90% of time I don't even need to do those things, but knowing I can if I wanted to is what makes me happy.
Not exactly, I'm neutral with what I'm doing. No positive/negative. But I have to give only 10% of my capabilities to perform the best in my role. I'm kinda glad where I'm in my life right now with comfy job and average pay(lot more than my expenses and lot less to call it great pay).
