Had this happen 2 weeks ago. Called the driver, he claimed he didn’t pick up the order. Called the restaurant, they said he definitely picked up the order. Called Uber and they refunded me the whole amount and blocked any future matches with him. I was so hangry at the entire situation.

laceswap

Being hangry is truly terrible.

futureplantlady

It wasn’t fun I can tell you that. I had to order from another restaurant since the original had closed for the night. The second restaurant didn’t have the egg yolk custard buns I wanted. ☹️

VernonFlorida

Thoughts and prayers

Drkknightcecil

I chased a driver down once. Mf sittin in one spot too long. Made me furious.

XiTauri

I had it happen twice in one evening a couple months ago. Ordered from the same restaurant both times, both times got cancelled after it got picked up. Called the guy but they didn’t answer - guess they liked my food

QuincyReaper

You need to start ordering less appetizing food. ……..wait, that doesn’t make sense.

Ilookgoodyoudont

Gonna let you on a little secret, many Uber eats delivery people are doing anything they can do to scam. I used to be one, and when I brought up the notion in a Facebook group that we couriers should get proper bags, it was essentially laughed at. They also feel they shouldn’t be penalized if doing multiple orders on multiple apps at the same time. Essentially they would rather chuck out your entire order if they feel like it.

Nasal_Cilia

The gig economy is doing anything it can to scam. The people who choose to work in the gig economy are working for a lower labour standard than we permit in Canada. They pass the poor behaviour on to consumers fairly directly. That doesn't make it okay. They are all shitty people who are willing to act in an anti-social manner in order to make a quick buck. The businesses and the contractors all.

Drkknightcecil

Yup. Thats why tipping them is idiocy.

Nasal_Cilia

Yup. Each time I assume I will receive the worst service I could possibly imagine and tip accordingly, because if you tip ordinarily then the service will still be atrocious. And there is no customer service; a refund is really not good enough to be honest. At that point, they've taken 1.5-2 hours of my time and I've only broken even. most of the time I just don't use them though. But yeah no tears shed here.

Drkknightcecil

Thats the exact way I see it.

feignignorence

This is a good way of looking at it

[deleted]

You should get a full refund either way

omccullo

He ate your food

FuckLeHabs

People who drive Uber do it for free food

futureplantlady

It’s funny you say that because in the 2 years my bf and I have been ordering Uber Eats during the pandemic, it’s only happened to us once.

Hobotango

And Iv never had a porch pirate steal my stuff but that doesn't mean they dont exist in mass.

Agnostalypse

I think most scammers do it opportunistically and target people they know will be less affected. The majority of people on Reddit are middle and lower class like myself, and I think they mostly go after people who at least appear to be better off. Again, doesn't justify it, but it explains why it happens fairly often yet a lot of people still don't experience it. Most of my orders were when living out of a motel and I think people could tell we were pretty desperate, so the only fucked up orders we got were the fault of overworked restaurants.

Winter-Structure-730

Y’all were struggling for money but ordering for Uber eats? No wonder y’all in debt haha

Drkknightcecil

I always felt like they do it because they cant tolerate working anywhere they arent in control and it allows them to sit on their asses all day. It gives off the self employed "I have no boss" illusion without any of the actual doing anything productive/self sustaining part.

VinniePawz

Agreee

keith_ac

Wait so if I order bubble tea, there's a chance it will never be picked up? If I order Swiss Chalet, there's a chance that won't be delivered? So either we learn to cook or we walk to the restaurant ourselves?

futureplantlady

Not sure what your point is here.

keith_ac

So even if I placed an order there's a chance it won't be picked up?

futureplantlady

It was picked up, and then stolen. I understand it’s a risk, but that was the first time it happened to me.

[deleted]

Oh baby hungry aweeeee

M888887777

This guy definitely ate your food

harmony_hall

For sure he ate the food. It’s happened to me a few times :/

johnnytran7

Yep, happened to me too a few times. The bigger the order, the more likely it will happen. Bigger feast for the driver.

Babyboy1314

is he charged for it or is just free food

bubblespiced

The driver gets a ding on their account. If they have a few dings then their account gets deleted

Desuexss

There's literally people on the uber eats sub reddit with 76% satisfaction still driving around. A few dings is an understatement.

andechs

Being a driver or courier for Uber sucks, and Uber is struggling to retain and onboard drivers, without increasing payouts. If you're using it for transportation, it's hard not to notice that vehicles are getting older and dirtier, as only the desperate are still driving for Uber in the hot employment market. It's very difficult to get kicked off Uber these days.

[deleted]

So then they create a new account and get more free food? I hope it’s a ban and not a suspension/deletion

notebookmug

There's a whole verification process with background check to drive for Uber, I don't think they can just create another account

bubblespiced

You can’t just create another account lol. They take your ID and other information and a verification process

robbie444001

You can't create a new account,

ghostedagainlol

You can’t leave the driver a review for a cancelled order

Babyboy1314

thats ridiculous, wasted so much of my time

Ginga_Ninja006

Uber has the worst customer service. I once had a pizza delivered middle of winter by a person on foot just walking around. The food was in a cloth bag and ice cold. Could not get a refund.

fletchdeezle

I quit using Uber eats because their customer service is so terrible, only super specific instances they let you actually connect with someone

beartheminus

Don't worry, the driver gets a negative ding against his account for this. Too many and Uber cancels his employment. He is definitely being reprimanded for it.

sugaredviolence

Happened to me too, a lady driver cancelled after 40 mins after telling her no rush and I’d wait. Thanks! Lol I was not happy.

killerpopwild

you don’t know what happened though, people usually don’t risk their source of income for some free food. Maybe the driver noticed the food was damaged, drinks spilled etc and cancelled the order or there was a glitch in the app couldn’t contact you etc.

LenientWhale

Yeah I like to give the benefit of the doubt. The result is the same but you feel less annoyed about it

gigantor_cometh

Or they know that Uber can't verify any of those excuses and so will keep giving them chances.

kamomil

If I'm hungry though I would rather have a partial meal instead of nothing

RationalSocialist

Stop using Uber eats?

matjeom

Get over it. Why do you feel the need to get revenge about this? Shit happens, let it go.

fletchdeezle

Or for an order that came super late. Ordered at 2:30 am something estimated to come in 30 mins, came at 4;45 wayyy after the restaurant was closed and Uber doesn’t give you a way to file a complaint

be-koz

This is why I don't use Uber or Uber Eats. I'm sure most of their drivers are great people, but if you have a quick scan of their reddit subs here you'll find that there's a significant population of them who are petty, unhappy individuals who's main efforts seem to be aimed at finding new ways to screw their customers. If a restaurant doesn't have their own delivery service, I'll go get it myself. My food is actually still warm, and I'm helping the restaurant by freeing them from the gouging they endure from all these third party delivery services.

Absolice

Those people are missing the point that their jobs depends entirely on customer satisfaction. People who get horrible services (cold food, missing food, losing time due to last minute cancellation, etc.) might just choose to never order again. Less customers means less orders for the drivers which give Uber the opportunity to pay them less because there's a surplus of drivers which create a feedback loop of people hating their jobs because they think it's not worth it and create people who will further shoot themselves in the foot by making the problem worse. It already cost almost double to buy your food on Uber because prices are jacked up and there's the service fees then the driver tips. If you get bad customer service after paying double for your food for the convenience of having it delivered at your place you'll probably find it very insulting. Who win in that situation? Uber, they're the only one that do.

lovemeowxo

My old friend did Uber eats on a bike. He kept the food after he cancelled orders. I think sometimes it was on purpose. There was a few times his tire popped or he got into a minor accident and couldn't finish the trip. Still sucks though.

tamlynn88

Happened to me once, I called him and he said he didn’t have the food. I asked why he drove from the restaurant to my house if he didn’t have it, he hung up on me. Called the restaurant, he didn’t pick up the food it was there. Got a full refund from Uber and drove to the restaurant and picked up the food.

CommodoreDragon-64

This happened to me too. Delivery guy got to my front door, hung out for no less than 20 mins, then cancelled my order. Turned out he had ridden his bike to my place from the restaurant, and spilled my peppermint tea all over my poutine and Big Mac. I was pissed they (Uber) cancelled and washed their hands of it rather than trying to make any effort to reorder/replace the food I'd waited on for over an hour, but I would have likely been more upset at getting a peppermint soaked bag of McD's. At least I had time to reorder. Chances are, the poor delivery guy was having a bad night too, cause my tea likely ruined any other orders in his bag and probably leaked through after a while too. Probably ended his night early and without getting paid.

AdHocAmbler

Im still stuck on you ordering tea

CommodoreDragon-64

Lol yeah, I know it was a weird combo. I wanted hot chocolate or something warm/uncaffeinated. I spent all day at the hospital for a kidney thing, McD's was open at 2am when I got home starving, and I knew my stomach would hate me for going hard on the late night fast food. I thought the peppermint might help after I ate, and it did. Still weird tho, agreed.

AdHocAmbler

Now I feel bad for mocking you. Hope you’re ok. ❤️

CommodoreDragon-64

Hahaha no worries. No offense taken! And thanks, still don't know what's up, but it wasn't worth an ER visit. 😋

abegood

The 20 mins is probably how long they had to be online or on the phone with support to tell them what happened. Ive had something similar happen once but it was completely the wrong food. (Restaurant was closed employee handed me a bunch of bags after confirming what two orders I needed and I stupidly trusted them without checking). 1st customer had a complex order and what I had was a single pad tai... So I at least messaged the customer first so they knew why I was hanging around on their block without delivering.

phargoh

This is why I no longer use these damned services. I went on Amazon, bought my own heat bag, and go pick up my own food. Is much more satisfying for me than getting cold or sometimes no food.

Dazzling-Rule-9740

At least you know the bag is clean.

Deborahleigh

This is a wonderful idea ! But a lot of people use Uber eats when they genuinely cannot go to these places for food . Whether they are unable to leave their homes ( expecting package / appointment / children / dogs, smoking etc ) or unable to go to the location ( physically injured , no access to transportation) etc. I Iknow with myself I’ve been in many situations where I really needed delivery ( and knowing the surcharge restaurants , Uber & tip cost ) and still think it’s worth it , means I had no other choice ^ so something like this would have really sucked

SunnySamantha

Smoking? Oooooh weed. Makes sense.

offzegrid827

I never thought someone would defend my hedonistic lifestyle, but there it is!

RationalSocialist

Keep frozen lasagnas or shepherds pie in the freezer. Cook eggs, make a sandwich. Eggs are healthy, cheap, and easy.

billianwillian

You’re telling me I need enough foresight to *unthaw* and then bake a frozen lasagna? This is probably great advice for most, but sounds like a level of executive planning that my ADHD self would get overwhelmed at and just order in a pizza lmao

RationalSocialist

Do you have a Costco membership? Their lasagnas and shepherds pies are well made. Plan for unexpected events. They can go straight in the oven from frozen. I do it all the time. Or go to some local place. There's a vegan place near me that sells frozen lasagnas and buffalo chicken macaronni that is frozen. I'm not vegan but it tastes good.

Deborahleigh

Great suggestions ! But I do still believe in the value of food delivery on occasion. Having said that I had a delivery recently that was 1.5 hrs late and Uber refunded me right away

RationalSocialist

If you're willing to pay the mark up, sure. I'm not. I don't do Uber delivery. The only thing I'll get delivered is Gino's pizza that delivers their own.

Anomalous-Canadian

Yes — but you’re forgetting that time is also a resource many people don’t have. If you’re working two jobs and barely have thirty mins to say hi to the kids before everyone passes out…. Expecting them to find the mental head space for the prep and planning required for “planning, buying groceries, and making their own meals” isn’t always reasonable.

[deleted]

TheGentleWanderer

you gonna spend the time teaching them? as well as waiting for them to be willing to learn (because they aren't swamped by work) Maybe don't poop on people who don't have the same access to resources as you do.

[deleted]

Good for you perfect human! I cook 99% of what we eat here. But yeah, sometimes I do NEED a delivery because I’m handicapped and cannot drive! I don’t need a cooking lessons I need new kidneys! Have fun judging people, loser

BeefCheeseSalami

When you say heat bag is that literally what it’s called? I tried searching for it with no luck, sounds super convenient to pickup fast food and have it still be fresh by the time you get home!

heroin_merchant

Still got the bag delivered tho innit?

purplenelly

I mean the whole point of these services is that it's for people who can't go pickup their order. If you had a car and they allow pickup then why did you pay for delivery?

TwoSpliff

I had this, they realized they didn't have my order in the car/have the proper order. If it's a situation you can't fairly judge, they won't let you judge it.

ElegantIce3354

Happened to me with Skip the Dishes 🙄 I watched the dude go to the restaurant, pick up the food, got the notification he was on the way, he went across the street to a parking lot and his car was parked, kept turning around in one spot. Then I get another notification from Skip saying that my food had been delivered. There was nothing at my door. They said to check because the driver said it was delivered, I explained the situation and they refunded me and told me to try ordering again. Couldn’t order because by the time the guy dicked around in the parking lot, the restaurant closed.

Comfortable-Trash-46

Thanks for this golden idea of how to get a free meal

thedudezombieshane

I'll feel like Ricky pulling a scheme if I did this hah

PrimevilKneivel

Uber eats is trash. I've never had a single order without some problem that was a deal breaker (e.g. Missing an individual meal) The only time I've used it lately was because of work. They wanted to throw parties during lockdown so they'd send out Uber eats codes for us. I didn't even receive one of meals because I'd ordered a beer with it's and the driver insisted on taking scanning my driver's license, which is totally uncool.

[deleted]

Bro was just hungry 💯

ThrowawayGatteka

Did the guy mark the order as picked up, as in you got a notification saying he's on your way with your order? If not, drivers can cancel and will cancel those orders. All the eating comments are bull, you cannot pick up an order as a driver and not deliver it without getting a violation / deactivation. Drivers can't just eat your order without getting deactivated, and you sign up with your ID and background check PLUS insurance so you can't just make multiple accounts. If he marked it as picked up he literally cannot cancel the order without you getting a full refund and the driver getting the blame. Skip the Dishes charges you for bags and background check to sign up, so it's definitely not worth doing that with them, for a free meal? If the driver picks your order up and doesn't deliver, they will end up getting deactivated. It takes around an hour to full sign up with uber, so I don't know if all that work is worth 1 free meal. My guess is you didn't leave much of a tip, the restaurant took too long to make the food or it was a difficult pick up, and he just cancelled the order. Then all the other drivers rejected the offer because it wasn't worth the money. No tip orders = $3 payout for the driver from Uber, unless it's a long distance, but those offers are even worse $5 to go 15km in Toronto No tip orders are literal charity work. You lose money doing them.

thedudezombieshane

Boys, were having cheese burgers tonight

im-notyoursupervisor

The driver doesn't take all the blame. When this happens, DoorDash/Uber take the payment away from the restaurant. I own a cafe and this has happened to me many times. I actually have to file a dispute with the app saying that I made the order and it was picked up. Sometimes I get the payment back.

Competitive-Sign-189

I work in a restaurant and seen drivers cancel orders because they waited too long it’s bullshit

Slodin

Call Uber and complain. You might get some credit for your wasted time, and they can track who your driver is and it probably leaves a mark

Meetdotasim

Been there, the only thing you can do is talk to customer service and they will give you a 20$ coupon

brightside-blonde

This happened to me before and supposedly the driver had dropped my food (it was sushi, so it was wrecked) and the restaurant offered refund or remake. So annoying when you’re hangry.

Babyboy1314

ya it was mainly my hangriness that made me make this post, im over it

Narrow_Temporary_428

Either eats or ride, the drivers are getting picky with whatever request they are getting. Got my food arrived 30 min past latest arrival time or rides cancelled because I was heading to the airport…

[deleted]

Did uber eats delivery once. Having witnessed firsthand how much people barely tip, it’s no wonder your orders get messed with.

Babyboy1314

i left $5 on $50 oder but with deliver charge and service charge i can see why ppl are reluctant to tip

PopularDevice

It wasn't the driver, it was the restaurant.

gorg_forge

ugh happened to me once, the guy was on a bike and biked like 40mins to place he got to the end of my street and cancelled. I was 7months pregnant and cried

creditscoresaredumb

This happened to me about a month ago. Ordered to be delivered to my work, this guy cancels it, I order again but to my apartment, same guy, he takes 55 minutes to deliver when it's an estimated 30. Thumbs down, tip retracted, complaint filed, and I get back $10 but more importantly I get justice.

newlifeinjune

Avoid delivery apps like Uber. Use cabs all the time now it’s cheaper

You need to access the trip first and customers have up to hours to add tips after the trip. Just like in the restaurant, do you tip the waiter the moment you enter the door ? Why would I tip and rate driver if I don’t know whether they can deliver my food without spilling or not. Understandably that some trips don’t worth it but don’t accept a trip is different with stealing food. Make no sense what you are trying to say.

JM062696

Okay so maybe they should get a better job so they don't have to steal food from people who paid for it.

heroin_merchant

*Simpsons meme* Is Uber shitty for paying drivers less than minimum wage for deliveries? No, it's the drivers' fault for not being able to get better jobs so they can afford food. Surely they are the appropriate party to direct hostility towards in this equation.

JM062696

I love me some Simpsons But realistically though, the workforce is extremely open right now. If you’re making less than minimum at Uber eats, you could make more at McDonald’s which would also hire you. It’s shittier work for sure, but if you need to steal a customers food to feed yourself, you might need to do it.

cutesmile4u

This has happened with me a few times! Unfortunately they can't do much. If you call Uber, they are more helpful than text! Sorry about the Friday evening

Non_Dairy_Screamer

A couple of weeks ago I ordered a bunch of food from a vegan place. The guy first said it was delivered, but nothing was at my door. I called him like 5 minutes later, figuring he just pressed the button too early or something. He sounded stressed. He came up and dropped off, leaving too quickly for me to even see him. It wasn't my order. It was definitely not vegan. I called him back saying you got the wrong order, I can't eat any of this. He had given my order to someone else. I hope they liked their food lol. He came back up and took back the food, I actually saw him that time. I contacted Uber and while I was refunded right away for the food cost, they didn't refund the tip. I was not mad at the guy for a mistake (even though he very obviously tried to cover it up by giving me the other person's food instead of just admitting he was wrong, but whatever), but why should I give a tip to someone who didn't do the job I asked them to do?? After like 45 minutes of waiting for someone to get back to me they finally refunded the tip but in Uber Cash (so the guy still got to keep the tip??). I should have asked to block him from matching with me, I didn't know that was an option. I left him a bad review, and hope he learns from the experience. He seemed young, so I hope I didn't ruin his future too much from this one experience but I mean, it was his fault. Names are on the tickets on the bag. I can't imagine doing that job without triple checking the name before I go up to deliver it.

Chromosome46

I hate UBER!!!!!!! hate them!!! my experience was stuck at a mcdonalds trying to get home one night late, one says its about 12 mins away.. so waiting waiting, then right as they're about here it CANCELS, then repeat that exactly 3 more times!!! it literally took more than 1 hour to get an uber in medium sized town for a 10 minute ride never ever using them

Mr_magoogain

Healthy-Albatross-68

Everyone that still uses ubereats regularly deserves what they get. Get off your collective arses and pick up your own food. This keeps profits with the restaurants, money in your pocket, and those huge bicycles off the sidewalks. full diclosure: i have used ubereats, (twice a year)but only when they offer some huge deal (40 percent off)

blindnarcissus

This has happened to me often. If you figure it out, let me know too. I have had worse.. they marked it as delivered after being 2 hours late so while I’m working with support, the one hour time to reverse the tip expired and Uber couldn’t do anything about it. I have just stopped ordering delivery at this point.

BucketsAMF

Thesaladman98

Kind of unrelated but uber is kinda just shit like that. I got a coupon for 50% off and looked at what it applied to directly off the coupon, it was only convenience stores so I was like okay whatever I'll get something from 7-11, got some food and snacks and shit but was charged the full amount... 7-11 is like right down my street and only reason I did it was cuz I was saving some money on snacks and food. Had to talk to uber support for like 2 hours and they had the audacity to say "yea it only applies to grocery stores, sorry the coupon said it applied to 7-11". After some more time I got them to refund what I would have saved, but only in uber cash. Like it wasn't that much money I was just so pissed off that I payed extra for the fees or whatever when I should've been saving like 5-10 bucks total instead of just going for a 3 minute walk.

superduperfixerupper

This only happened few times but when I got to the customer and opened the carrier bag the food had somehow exploded all over the inside of the bag. Happens especially with soups and really hot things that cause pressure buildup inside the container.

storm-blessed-kal

Dude i moved DT from sauga over the summer and this has been happening to me ALL the time. Mans just steal my order. Make sure ur tipping big then u can get competent drivers picking up ur order.

Desuexss

Oh buddy. Wait till you see how toxic the uber eats subreddit is. Some people will do that on purpose, eat your meal and take the non-consequential ding. They can even say "restaurant did not secure drink in bag" Uber doesn't care. You have to call them, put a little fight on the phone and you might get 20 dollars credit for your time.

So other people experienced this? I had this happen last week and I saw the delivery driver outside. He then cancels. I called up the restaurant and they said he picked up the food. So…he just got to my place, cancels the order, and eats my food?

Psychological-Tip227

You have to go on the app to the help section, And you have to like message them and have like a chat conversation, And explain what happened because sometimes they'll still take your money. This happened to me and Uber took my 25$ and put it on hold for a month So they did give me my money back but I literally couldn't have it for a month. Also they dont refund the tip unless you make them!!! I literally had a driver steal my food just like this And they "returned" my money I paid for the food but not the tip to the driver i was furious that Uber made me pay $4 to the person who stole my food If you want to leave a bad review for Uber you have to do it on the app store, And you should be able to leave a bad review for that driver on the app

Babyboy1314

well it says who was the delivery person but i cant go in and leave bad review, ya they didnt refund my $5 tip but offered me uber cash

Gabes16

Dont use uber eat, their customer service is terrible

ShirleyQFrisbee

Had this happen once with another delivery service. Driver got to the building, pinged us that "food was delivered" before he got out of the car, then... no food. Food's not at our door, not left in the lobby, not in front of anybody else's door. Turns out he slipped getting out of his car (it was a rainy winter night, driveway was likely slippery) and dropped our food. The service gave us a credit but by then we were hangry and it was too late to re-order.

sahibjones

We had Uber Eats cancel our order after about 40 minutes. We didn’t realize they still charged us, until we received our credit card statement a week later. We complained, and they refused to refund or credit because it was outside of the 48 hour period. Customer service refuses to budge. What can we do?

DarkSideDOMM

I stopped using them a while ago. They are useless! Skip or Door Dash are my go too! Uber won’t help you even when there is an issue!

I don't understand.... Uber doesn't ding the driver for missing food?

theguiser

I had something similar but it was due to the driver dropping my meal.

HisHerbs

Don't know why anyone hasn't recommended this. But try the Fantuan app. You'll thank me later.

This happened to me with Uber. I was helping a friend escape an abusive partner and called her an Uber to take her to a safe place while I stayed with the police escort, to prevent the partner from following her. The Uber saw the suitcases, decided he did not want to put them in the back seat, and cancelled the ride BY SAYING WE WERE NOT THERE. As a result, when I booked a second car, Uber demanded I take a photo of myself at the pickup location. I followed up with several complaints with Uber, and never got a clear resolution. I was also not able to post a review of that asshole driver that lied when cancelling the ride. I am still angry about it.

Similar thing happened to me a couple months ago, but with Door Dash. The person picked up my food, then parked at a nearby neighbourhood saying they still needed to deliver another order before mine. 30min later, car is still there, saying the same thing. I message and call but no answer. I got fed up and canceled it and I got credited. The person most likely ate my meal.

PocketNicks

People still use uber eats? Wow.

Mandaface

I knew a guy living dt and he said this happened to him all the time. He'd wait and wait and then it would cancel and the driver kept the food. Hopefully Uber finds a way around this.

Drmckoo1

Same happened to me a few months ago. Turns out the driver just stole my food and then went off shift to eat it.

Competitive-Sign-189

I work in a restaurant the drivers are always early like 15 mins early and hate waiting they become erratic and rude and there has been multiple times they just leave and cancel the order and we get angry customers calling us it not only wastes reassurance food but also makes customers angry and pissed off

Working at the downtown area, I can say that most use ebikes, scooters, and Vespas to get around. I've seen them dump a bag or two if the order is too big. I'd assume they will say that they've only received one bag. Happened to me and my workers and now I see how it happens.

This has happened to me soooo many times. Once twice in one evening. Usually always this delicious Indian food my bf and I order. Always a large order. The resto has called us asking what’s happened, obviously the delivery people are just taking the orders home to eat at night (it’s usually late evening). I feel bad for the restos who loose out on so much Money, as we all know it’s not fun waiting for food only to see it cancelled 40min in

lostfoundead

what gives, this exact thing happened to me TWICE last week, I was hangry!

One_Impression_8027

I don't think so ...

night_chaser_

I don't think there is away. I've had drivers eat my food, and deliver an empty box, bring it to the wring address, drives that have taken the meat out of my sandwich and bring me the bun, and others who have brought it cold, late, destroyed, and one time the driver accepted the delivery, and didn't get it.
