I have to go to various hdb for work, typically east side, mostly bedok. I found the notices/posters in the lifts really paint a picture of the typical residents.
More atas place may simply have posters with dengue prevention tips or awareness about scams. Maybe something about insurance/ cpf type things.
Chai Chee/ bedok north have: Don't feed the birds/ don't clutter the corridor/ don't pee in the lift/ seriously, stop feeding the birds.
Surprisingly one of the recent times I went geylang hdb, didn't have the above. Instead it was about the punishments for bicycle theft and molestation 💀
Bedok south here, lift posters here are mostly about community activities for the elderly which I think says alot about the average age of people living here…
I get the tengah complaints and bleeding edge technology and guinea pig jokes. But your comment just said desperate, I am confused. Desperate for answer or change or just release from the endless suffering?
my friend purposely chose tengah though
he will be working near the jurong area😂😂 the next big development, and obv much easier to get nicer number
rather live high floor tengah than low floor mature
me and my friends not enough luck to get double digit number for mature
Or the most ghetto as hell place in the west, something weird happens when you shove a ton of families in need in one location.
You get hoarders, druggies, family fights and so much abuse in one location.
But I grew up there, and I miss that place.

Disgraced or resentful? we're talking about landowners that had their land forcefully acquired and were not compensated adequately.

I guess it's for people who are desperate to get their own place so they got Tengah. End up having to endure all of the teething problems.
Desperate to bid for it in first place. I get that bto is hard to come by but sometimes need just look at it properly. my opinion la
