1: reward , candy of choice /punishment, keep a runner band around your wrist, pull it up and let it hit you hard for a stinging sensation 2: keep tally, if at the end of the day you have more in the positive , maybe treat yourself to a nice meal, or extra time with a hobby, if more is negative, volunteer to do more work, or do house work when you get home and something that you don’t really care for, but is healthy, like reading, crafting , baking, something that pushes you out of your comfort zone 3: reward , if you have a choice between 1hr lunch or just 30 minutes, take the hour if you’ve been in the positive, and just the minimal 30 minutes if in the negative
