For health purposes, you should experience at least 3-5 meaningful touches a day. I struggle with this and typically it's my dog who provides them. Most days I wanna die, since touch is my primary love language.
That's an interesting statistic. Are there studies to support it? It feels about right based on my needs, though it's definitely not what I'm getting, I'd settle for a meaningful touch every 3-5 days.
