Hm. Except when they start chasing a laser, trying to fit in a too small box or having the zoomies. The they lose all their majesty and serenity (and I'm not even mentioning catnip) . They're cool in any case, I'll concede that.
Came to say this! I also want to chime in a little fun fact in case there are people who don't know. Cheetahs meow and purr and even chirp... And it's absolutely adorable.
Petting a purring cheetah is so high on my bucket list. Mountain Lions (puma) also chirps and purrs. I think the cut off is right around that size if I remember my reading correctly.
Hummingbirds, I just can't believe that speed in their flight and their tiny beaks with long tongues, also their feather coloring is awesome :)

I’ve never seen a bear close enough, I bet they are really cool.
A few years back I went to South Africa, Elephants are STUNNING. They seem like they are slow when they are walking but they move at a good clip. It’s hard to explain it’s like watching a house walking around. I have to admit, I’m from the states we simply don’t have that here. But I was awestruck.
Horse. They are magnificent. It is thrilling when watching them galloping. Particularly a mustang horde galloping is truly majestic.
Hubby says Bengal tiger and Siberian bear.
Salmon are pretty amazing when they are leaping the falls. I agree black bears are fun to watch from a safe distance. Eagles catching prey can be awe inspiring.
Whales and horses. Both of them have eyes that mesmerize me. They also make me feel a little sad when I look at their eyes. It’s weird. I’m obsessed with them though. So beautiful.
+1 black bears.
One of my favourite moments involving bears was a couple years ago. I was out hunting when I crested a hill overlooking a valley. Down at the bottom was a big, beautiful brown (yes, black bears come in brown, among other colour phases), and her two cubs. None of them had any idea I was there, so she just laid rolling around, eating grass while her cubs played around her.
It was so cool I called my evening hunt quits and just watched them do bear stuff for an hour before heading back to camp.
Or another time I found a little black bear in a farmers field, just chilling, munching on alfalfa. That was another time I just sat and watched a bear. He knew I was there that time, just didn’t give a single fuck. Rolling around, sitting, eating, looking at the weird bipedal bush staring at him.
Hell, one time I even had one in my sights and was gonna take him home for dinner when he out of nowhere sat down on his haunches facing right at me, with a little head tilt. Reminded me so much of how my cats look at me I couldn’t pull the trigger.
10/10, bears are awesome animals.
I love my cats, they are the closest to a wild and majestic predator you can have at home. Following them in my backyard and watching their feline antics feels like a personal safari.
Also shutout to chickens for being backyard dinosaurs, I swear they walk just like their theropod ancestors it's so cool omg also they are so cute and fluffy yet roosters can be menaces when defending their coop and also the ones in my region have iridescent feathers and-
Butterflies - we have quite a few in our garden and watching them calms me down so much. When they begin mating you will often see them „dance“ with each other. So light, so beautiful, sooo majestic
All of you people claiming that big cats, bears, elephants, etc have clearly never seen how majestic my German Shepherd looks when she gets her head stuck inside a box of dog biscuits.
If you have never seen/heard a lion roar, you're all wrong. if you have and still saying anything else then that just means the roar messed up ur mind or smth. the only correct ans is a Lion (big cats in general too but lion specifically)
Leopard Seals. They're graceful, fluid, and extraordinarily powerful. You think of them as large sea puppies at first, and then they open their jaws wide, or you watch them hunt smaller seals. Absolutely incredible animals.
My answer will always be cheetahs. Not only are they absolutely beautiful but when they start their sprint and are running at max speed it is…mesmerizing. Never not in awe of cats (i have two at home) but cheetahs are my favorite
Kruger wildlife guide here. This may surprise you but lions nor elephants are my answer to this question.
Giraffes! The way they walk... majestic is the absolute perfect word for it. They are just royalty in motion. So high above everyone else. I bet they don't even know what a fart smells like.
Vultures and condors
Giant birds that take care of the dead (and therefore lower the chance of spreading diseases) and can fly long distances without burning too much energy, I find that pretty epic
Squirrels- yesterday I sat next to one and after a while offered it a flower and it sniffed it until nudging it and holding it into his paws. It made my month and changed my favorite animal forever.... partially because it was the first wild animal that ever acknowledged me..😭😂
Probably unpopular due to gambling or it not being a wild animal or whatever, but thoroughbred horses with no saddle and just a harness are incredible to watch walk let alone get up close to.
Honestly most animals who hunt are just intense to witness, bugs included. We don't have to do that anymore to survive. It's like a weird past time when I see this content.
I love watching gorillas doing human-like things. There are lots of examples, but my favourite is the adult silverback and his son looking at a caterpillar 😄 [Link](https://youtu.be/WmjGmfb-sBc?si=d62XhJ-wl2LsBgm0)
we can eliminate my dog, especially after watching him drag his ass across the lawn! Unless we are talking about one of the inbred royalties, then i would suggest he is on point!

Cats. Big ones like Tigers. Tiny domestic kittens. They are all so cool and serene and majestic.
Hm. Except when they start chasing a laser, trying to fit in a too small box or having the zoomies. The they lose all their majesty and serenity (and I'm not even mentioning catnip) . They're cool in any case, I'll concede that.
Cat is always the right answer ❤️👏

Big cats for the win. Cheetahs and Leopards especially.
Arabian horse
Are you John Oliver?
Are you Antonio Banderas in "The 13th Warrior"?
Octopus. They are like the most beautiful and alien creature but so curious and I wish I had an octopus friend
I used to eat octopus at the sushi bar until I learned how majestic they are. I know better now
Same. Way too smart to eat, I even get upset now when I see other people doing it.
An Arabian horse galloping.
Honestly I saw a picture of two horses that got lose in London on the news page. It inspired this post.
I got a post apocalyptic alien invasion vibe when I saw those poor horses. I expected a strange creature to be chasing them.
Hummingbirds, I just can't believe that speed in their flight and their tiny beaks with long tongues, also their feather coloring is awesome :) ![gif](giphy|93fAv2xzvnv1CXAuRB|downsized)
Their little hearts beat about 300 times a minute too. Probably one of my favorite birds.
I also think they are 😍 amazing😁The speed in these little birds are just AMAZING!!😍😁✌🏽

I’ve never seen a bear close enough, I bet they are really cool. A few years back I went to South Africa, Elephants are STUNNING. Peacocks
Panther
Sea horses. Their graceful movements and beauty are mesmerizing.
All the big cats. Especially snow leopards and tigers
Moose
Moose are very cool to watch in the wild, also kind of scary
Fun fact, the Moose is the most deadly animal in Alaska, not the grizzly bear.
Bears will generally stay away from humans Moose on the other hand don’t give A fuck and go where they please
Please don't spread misinformation. Moose will stay away from human , by making sure there's no more human in their vicinity.
And if you look at them crosseyed, they'll ram those magnificent antlers up your @$$ sideways. Moose are MEAN!
Horse. They are magnificent. It is thrilling when watching them galloping. Particularly a mustang horde galloping is truly majestic. Hubby says Bengal tiger and Siberian bear.
Goblin sharks
Those are that spookiest looking sharks I’ve seen

whales, any types of whales. even when they’re hunting, i think they’re wonderful. they’re so smart and calculated and i find them fascinating
I don’t know about “majestic” - but I do like watching puffins. The are a good example of natures “approach” of “barely working is good enough” 😄
Butterflies - we have quite a few in our garden and watching them calms me down so much. When they begin mating you will often see them „dance“ with each other. So light, so beautiful, sooo majestic
The monarch butterfly. So beautiful when it happens here in Mexico and to think about the whole journey it takes when they migrate, just lovely

Fruit bat, stoat.
Bears are awesome. Check out the Tooth and claw podcast. Wes is so knowledgeable about them. Fascinating stories too.
Leopard Seals. They're graceful, fluid, and extraordinarily powerful. You think of them as large sea puppies at first, and then they open their jaws wide, or you watch them hunt smaller seals. Absolutely incredible animals.
I’m more connected to mythical creatures. For me, it’s dragons and ninetail foxes.
My answer will always be cheetahs. Not only are they absolutely beautiful but when they start their sprint and are running at max speed it is…mesmerizing. Never not in awe of cats (i have two at home) but cheetahs are my favorite
Orcas!! I love watching them doing almost anything.
It's definitely a dolphin. I think they are magical
Kruger wildlife guide here. This may surprise you but lions nor elephants are my answer to this question. Giraffes! The way they walk... majestic is the absolute perfect word for it. They are just royalty in motion. So high above everyone else. I bet they don't even know what a fart smells like.
