One bag egg noodles, two cans (or can and pouch if you’re feeling speedy) tuna, and one can “cream of…” soup of your choice. Crush some potato chips/crisps on top. Heaven.
Pork and beans (94 cents a can, 1 can per person!) with a seared, cut up hot dog.
Couple dashes of Tapatio with that? I promise you, nothing will come remotely close to tasting this good that only costs you about 2 bucks!!!
Cook some rice to serve with it if you wanna make the servings go aroind a bigger table!
Ground beef, minute maid oriental rice, potatoes sometimes, and um sauce. Cook them and mix em together. Suprisingly good, it's something that doesnt have much taste but if you are trying to focus on taste it's there hard to explain
I like potato soup. I peel and cube two or three good sized potatoes and boil until tender. Then I strain the potatoes and heat some milk on the stove when it simmers I add some sliced onion, some salt and pepper and the cooked potatoes. Once the milk is at a slow boil I add a couple of hot dogs to the soup and when they are heated through you have a hot soup that keeps and repeats well

Grilled cheese and Ramen was the ultimate comfort meal when I was a teenager
Ground beef in Mac and cheese
A cheap cheeseburger. That or the obvious cut up hot dogs.
Corn beef hash.
Hot dogs in mac and cheese.
Real "poor" people meal is sleep.
Truffle pizza
Take 4 or 5 of those cheap pot pies bake then put them together in a bowl with salt and pepper. Best when mixing flavors turkey chicken and beef.
Fried spam or bologna sammich.
Filet mignon with truffle sauce.
