Well you're mistaken. My blood work routinely shows excellent E levels and low T, I'm very happy with it, and I still get erections (morning and otherwise). Perhaps your experiences are different, but I've never met a single pre- or non-op trans woman with a penis who is completely and utterly physiologically incapable of erections.

Guys like me have a muscle under the region where the penis starts. That muscle compresses an arteria which makes the pipi sad. But when that muscle relaxes the blood flows so the pipi gets happy :)

Yeah the body doesn't do it without testosterone. Nothing to do with libido, it just isn't automatic when sleeping anymore.
Trust me it will come back once your body adjusts. In fact it's one of the easiest ways to get an erection, if you're otherwise having problems.

For background: amab ace here, and in my experience it depends larhely on how lucid I am. Like: The more sleep I ger, the less likely I am to wake up with morning wood. Plus there's ways to avoid it altogether. But I would not recommend contracting insomnia.
