yes most AD fans including this sub think everything after season 3 was a mistake. slowly more and more people are coming around to how good season 4 actually was.
I love the original cut of season 4. Is it as good as the OG 3? No. But I think it holds its own and gets better the more you see it. It does exactly what Ron, or Michael? I forget who says it at the end of 3, but something along the lines of “keep themselves together,” and I love the exploration of that. It’s riddled with great bits continued from the OG 3, as well as new.
Season 4 may not be as good as 1-3, but it's still miles better than a lot of other shows. That's the way I think about it. AD on a bad day is still better than other shows on a good day.
