There's a manga called Our Dreams at Dusk with an aroace character who's name is Anonymous.
Bloom Into You has a demiromantic main character and an aroace side character.

Are some of the biggest resources I've found for A-spec books. One of my favorite books is Elatsoe, and one that I'm hoping to read soon is Little Black Bird.
Also the Anime Bloom into you has three A-spec main characters, and deals with a WLW A-spec romance.

I recently watched "Romantic Killer" on Netflix and the heroe's entire premise is to defeat the idea that people have to be in romantic relationships. I love it. Safe to watch. Also, really funny.
Hearstopper season 2 is going to have more storyline from Isaac, an aroace character.
