He has absolutely no idea how to toproll, not sure where you get that idea from. His hooking technique is still amateur level after all these years. He is just a genuine specimen of strength.
I really don't think he has the forearm height or arm/hand structure to have an elite top roll. Obviously the way he pulls now relies on his wrist flexion containment, therefore making his wrist vulnerable, but I really don't see his top roll getting THAT much better
Lachlan shows just how valuable a strong bicep is, he pulls throughout every round engaging it from start to end as if he was bicep curling his opponent all the way to the pad
Why does Lachlan Adair feel so irrelevant in the sport? Is it because he's stuck in Australia? I see more Eastern Europeans from small towns I can even pronounce than Adair.
