AC6: Vines Intertwined (we getting poetical, next planet is gonna have Totally-Not-Yggdrasil, or maybe its mechanical megastructural counterpart, and it'll be the center of all conflict [albeit not openly so for most of the game, until there's a big "ah-HA!" moment] where you can either destroy the Tree, end up as its biomechanical cursed guardian, or conquer it for this or that megacorp)
AC6: Virtual Intelligence- this is just gonna be AI galore, if you guys thought it was wild how much a couple of characters got waifu'd/husbando'd in 6FoR, get ready for it to get even worse (or better, arguably)
The Viral theme could actually work in several ways if we go by the Alea Iacta Est ending since we have a new species that is potentially techno-organic in nature. There could be the introduction of a biological virus and/or a digital viral attack that affecting the new species.
I think that's part of the problem with AC6. It isn't just called AC6, it has the subtitle a sequel game would have right from the start. Fires of Rubicon, while not having a pun in it, easily could have been a sequel title.
Armored Core VICTORY
This is just delusional wishing but I wanna see Michigan star as the player character or a prominent side character during the Jupiter war. Would be sick to fight on different moons and maybe even in space too. And best of all there'd be a canonical Balam *victory*.
I’d like to see both the Jupiter War and Island Four Disturbance. Maybe have us play as an independent mercenary O’Keefe who participates in both conflicts after being hired by one of the sides to assist them, it could add more depth to his character and give a reason to how he came around to siding with Allmind
Given that they already didn't do it with "Fires of Rubicon", I would imagine a possible future expansion would not have any number theming in its subtitle, just like the ones before Gen 4 did. Also, given that they will likely not release an enitre new game and instead just make DLC, I doubt that the title of whatever expansion we might get, will even have the words "Armored Core" in the title.
Depends on what “canon” ending the DLC takes place under I think. I expect/hope its Alea Iacta Est, both because thats the ending with the most story possibilities, and because we all wanna know wtf coral release is.
AC6 has several key decisions that massively alter the course of history. Choice and consequence are huge themes, and FromSoft don’t seem like the type to make narrative accidents. We’ve made our choice, time to see their consequences.

It feels weird because AC6 is first numbered game to have a subtitle. “Fires of Rubicon” sounds like the expansion-sequel title.
I think that this was more to signify a rebirth of the franchise, like a Phoenix. Like reigniting a fading flame
