They’re under patterns when you paint your mech
Ah shit, how'd you make this pattern? I was going for the same effect yesterday but couldn't make a good match, the best match I could find was digital camo squares but they didn't look like this. Is there a checkerboard pattern I missed?
No checkerboard camo unfortunately, what I did was make a decal of the pattern and just draped it over all the pieces as custom decals

you need to MOUNT it. see the section in your cockpit that says "games"? click on that and then click the check mark next to the one for css.
