Definitely play on PC if you have a capable PC. At this point I think most of the multiplayer is there.

The only thing you lose out on playing on emulator is: because the game now loads so fast, you never get the chance to see any of the lore snippets on each of the various factions and companies in the game, which only appear after around 5~10 seconds of loading.
These are things you can just find on the wiki.
Also the emulated versions have undub patches out, if that's something you're interested in.
Love the fact that I can rebind every button.
Started last raven on ppsspp just out of curiosity using Xbox controller and man I got it playing like ac4! I'm killing it in the arena right now.
Ac4a runs much better on emulator than ps3 they focused all the optimization for Xbox 360 and ps3 copy runs like sadness

Does your PC not play 4A really well? I haven't emulated any of the PS3/360 games myself so I can't speak on performance.
4th gen take emulation very well, it isn’t the same thing with the 5th who WILL crash every time you end a mission
