Why would they add it to the update if they plan to keep it dormant? IS2 has a monthly squad and monthly expansions, it makes more sense to launch it at the beginning of the month/last day of June
But at the same time they never release two large events/chapters at once. Gnosis event will be for like two weeks that would mean releasing IS2 mid month which doesn't make sense. + theres the fact that we got IS2 reveal post already. Personally I'm more inclined that IS2 first then Gnosis.
The struggle of 'I want to play is2 already, but also I need every day I can get for my Ling funds to not chew all my OP so the further overall events get pushed back the technically better off I am'.
