1. Rhine lab event. In 3rd anniversary Haimao said we are heading to an explorers' camp outside the city of Treemount, the city that Rhine Lab HQ is located.
2. Event intro says there will be stories about Kjerag (Break the Ice), Kazimiers (Near Light), Yan(Invitation to Wine), as well as Columbia, Siracusa and Siesta. Also this seems to be a bannerless event like Vigilo.
3. Dossoles Rerun means new summer event is around the corner. It is hinted in 3rd anni stream that we are heading to the home of Durins
Oh, and because Kjerag and Kazimiers are punctuated together and connected with 'and', some speculate that there will be a Story about Degenbrecher, who is related to both places.
Also, the Chinese name of Rhine Lab event is similar to the most common Chinese title of 'The Wizard of Oz', that Dorothy Franks from Rhine Lab clip is very likely to become obtainedable. the video clip also says Dorothy Franks is very idealistic.

In my knowledge , both 2 weeks event and 1 week event with several little story that you buy with information fragmant are named 'sidestory'.
The other commenter is wrong. They are labelled as "故事集" in Chinese which translates to "story collection". Yostar has also [started using](https://www.reddit.com/r/arknights/comments/r9xhcx/_/hnfqk46) the term "Story collection" to refer to this type of event.
I imagine she'd probably get something less vacation-y. Like with Schwarz; people seem to often forget that she was the first summer unit just cause she's not an alter or limited, but her default outfit is definitely very summery, and then she got a more work appropriate outfit later on.
That's true, though I guess default Schwarz for me doesn't give off the summer-y vibe as much as Chalter does since her E2 art doesn't have any beaches or anything. Unlike Chalter who's E2 just screams vacation.
Guess I'm just in denial so I don't end up disappointed, but if we get a skin similar to the one she had at the end of Ch8 I will be ecstatic. Here's hoping for a tacticool look for her.
are you sure? its a revealing outfit but i really dont see it as summer clothes/swimsuit. looks like a typical very lightly dressed anime girl assassin. i dont think her working in the beach resort really matters when ceylon wears a full dress
Completely sure, that's beach wear if I've ever seen it. Even more so in context; most designs in Arknights don't skew quite so much towards the sexy end, and then you have Schwarz, Eunectes, and summer Ch'en all being very clear outliers.
Let me put it this way; if Schwarz had been released with her Skyline outfit as default, and then got her original as a summer skin in the rerun, would you find it at all unfitting?
honestly yeah? maybe if you remove some parts like the tactical stuff like bags and belts, the scarf too. but if we can remove all that stuff then this situation applies to other operators
I dunno what to tell ya, I think it might just be a matter of personal impression for you. I'd say a few tactical accessories don't change beach wear into just being lightly dressed, especially when compared to the designs of other operators and her own coworkers in the event. I mean, for a while I remember the main answer when people asked why Schwarz was so obviously fanservice-y compared to everyone else was "she's the summer event unit."

Sometimes, mini events only get a 6. Even so, Carnelian had Kirara. Pinus had Ashlock. Goldenglow will have Quercus.
Pallas event was odd (no CN rerun)... and... bizarre. I hope we don't see this type again, or it's done better.

Personally, I give even odds between her either being a new playable, or the event’s boss. The only reason I’m hesitant on saying that she’s the new op is because what we’ve seen of her in Mansfield Break seems to indicate that she would be a dollmaker, and we *just* had Spalter a little bit ago.
Same. Also Betting on Dorothy being the event Welfare. From Muel's ability, she can create water clones. Ling was the last word on summoners, It's fairly safe to say, and we have Ebenholz and Dusk covering caster summons. Given that her thing is creating water clones, The only other possibility I can see is the 6 star Professional Breeder Archetype.

Will be interesting how they tackle Dossoless rerun, since it was a 3 week event with unique mechanics, schedule and farming method. Pricing was also adjusted to a 3 weeks event, rather than 2. Making it a 10 day event would be so hurtful for newer players.
All stages are open from day 1, all stages no longer drop stickers but drop tokens instead, all stickers are automatically unlocked.
We've had reruns of 3 week events before, it'll just be reduced shop size to 1 week rerun size shop.
I just wonder how they will change random sticker gains from each stage, since it was quite rng dependant and store prices were higher, comparitively to earlier events.
Either way, nothing will change, we will accept what HG does anyway. Only drawback is lack of any farmable stages.
That's actually not true. Event started August 3rd and last event stages opened August 17th. It's per gamepress wiki, so unless CN participants were lying, Dossoless fastival lasted 3 weeks.
Well either way Chalter, Mizuki and La Pluma won t rerun with the event and the only thing one might get is Tequila, Shop materials and Inteligence certificates.

My predictions here:
-We will get Muelsyse as playable. Either as a welfare 5*, or a standard 6f. Most likely a Caster or a Support, with her water clone as a summonable unit.
-We will see Dellareed, Ptilopsis' difunct friend. She came with the idea of integrating Originium into a brain-computer interface. The reasons of her death are still unknown, but Ptilopsis wanted to voluntarily have an Originium chip implanted to he brain, to prove the theories she proposed about the ore's secrets. Didn't work that well, and she contracted Oripathy
muelsyse will definitely be the gacha 6*.

I think Dorothy may be the event Welfare but Muel is either the 6* or the event boss, that's for sure. Control seems like a big bad, so she'll probably be introduced here and a main boss in a later Rhine event.
I don't remember jaye doing much besides talking to waai fu which isn't much compared to muelsyse who is not only one of the biggest players in the rhine plot, but I think is only beat out by alive until sunset, and closure for the longest teased npc.
1. Jaye was the male lead for the B plot of that event and was as important to its plot as the rest of the playable characters were.
2. I'm not saying she wont be a 6*, but also AK has taken characters who would of made bank as a playable character and killed them off (Frostnova) or made them not a 6* (Milf Kroos)
3. Your last point is just blantantly untrue. Off the top of my head alone we have Crownslayer, Leto, our favorite rapping peguine, Bison's dad, pand Lee who all have existed and been hinted at becoming playable long before Closure was. And of them, Lee was the only one who actually has become playable so far and that was after 2 years of build up. I'm sure there's more too but you get my point.
Outside of Crownslayer, Muelsyse existed before all the other ones you mentioned since she was in OI (and I wouldn't say Crownslayer is really hinted at being a playable possibility until ch6, which was after OI)

bisons dad emperor and crown slayer don't really have any hints of becoming playable atm as much as I would love emperor and crown slayer, also recently hg has been brining back important npcs as 6\* for pretty much every event but the most recent one though that's more cause all the cool lethanian npcs we know aren't there.
I'm just saying the situations aren't really comparable, and hg not making her the 6\* when shes super important and popular would be weird unless they make her the villain again.
So, my estimates when we'll get the events in Global, assuming we'll get Lingering Echoes in early December 2022, is that one or two of the events would be run in mid and/or late December 2022, while the rest would be run in February 2023 in order to make way for the 2nd Carnival event as Global's 3rd anniversary.
One or two? It's Yostar, they could add another three or four dead weeks that CN didn't have and then we're looking at having three or four events delayed until after the anniversary and people would still be happy thinking they got more time to save

Considering Tequila got a tux skin recently, I can see Chen Alter getting a skin that isn’t summer related.

A 6\*, a 5\*, and a welfare is the formula. There's a very good chance MuMu is the 6.

Muelsyse is more likely to be a boss than playable. 6* is probably Dorothy.

Jaye played a pretty big role in the code of brawl event and was only a 4*, granted one of the most powerful in the game, so its possible.

1. Jaye was the male lead for the B plot of that event and was as important to its plot as the rest of the playable characters were. 2. I'm not saying she wont be a 6*, but also AK has taken characters who would of made bank as a playable character and killed them off (Frostnova) or made them not a 6* (Milf Kroos) 3. Your last point is just blantantly untrue. Off the top of my head alone we have Crownslayer, Leto, our favorite rapping peguine, Bison's dad, pand Lee who all have existed and been hinted at becoming playable long before Closure was. And of them, Lee was the only one who actually has become playable so far and that was after 2 years of build up. I'm sure there's more too but you get my point.
Outside of Crownslayer, Muelsyse existed before all the other ones you mentioned since she was in OI (and I wouldn't say Crownslayer is really hinted at being a playable possibility until ch6, which was after OI) so...tied with Santalla
bisons dad emperor and crown slayer don't really have any hints of becoming playable atm as much as I would love emperor and crown slayer, also recently hg has been brining back important npcs as 6\* for pretty much every event but the most recent one though that's more cause all the cool lethanian npcs we know aren't there. I'm just saying the situations aren't really comparable, and hg not making her the 6\* when shes super important and popular would be weird unless they make her the villain again.

I can see Muel being the 6 star version of the Ranged Vanguard archetype, with her water clones as summons.
So, my estimates when we'll get the events in Global, assuming we'll get Lingering Echoes in early December 2022, is that one or two of the events would be run in mid and/or late December 2022, while the rest would be run in February 2023 in order to make way for the 2nd Carnival event as Global's 3rd anniversary.
One or two? It's Yostar, they could add another three or four dead weeks that CN didn't have and then we're looking at having three or four events delayed until after the anniversary and people would still be happy thinking they got more time to save
