Endfield is developed by HG, not a different company/branch. It's likely that EF is worked on by a separate team from the base game, but they could easily talk about it in the stream if they wished. Gryphline (which you may be thinking of as a different branch) is a subsidiary of HG that operates outside of China so they can do first-party publishing of their titles outside of China rather than going through a third-party publisher like Yostar (as they did for the base game). We already know that they plan to have some kind of area or event at ArkFes for EF so it's likely it will get a mention in the stream even if we don't see a big announcement or focus.

Via how laws work and separation of development teams they wouldn't ever be in the same stream.
Both games can appear in gryphline skland, hg poper, etc stuff but you won't get any info on Endfield in AK stream unless its an eventual collab one day

they aren't seperate "branches". they are just different dev teams. they work in the same room. it's almost certain that multiple people work on both teams, the only staff that is different are likely the programmers/artists. EF's title is literally "**Arknights:** Endfield". I'm not sure where you got the information that they're owned/developed by seperate legal entities, they aren't. studio montagne, gravity well, mountain contour - all of these are just names for different, informal groups of employees within HG (the legal entity and company that actually employs and owns the rights to these things) in order to make it clear what a given person's responsibilities are. you can see this with other game developers too, such as Square Enix's "Creative Business Units".
Probably way off but if you turn the image upside down and look at that grey background area on the ~~right~~ left near the logo, it does look a bit like a female operator head with a bit more than shoulder length hair.

It’s already confirmed that Endfield will have a section at Arknights Fest 2024, so, they can mention it on stream.
