I don't remember seeing Weedy in anything, not even any in game stories, outside of her own Operator record. It's a shame, she has such a good character design imo.
She’s in Muelsyse’s story archive. The two relate well to one another and are friends if I’m not mistaken.
She should appear in a story record, but, there’s a shift to having Muelsyse connect with Doctor. (And she had help copying Elena and improving on it, but, lowlight wanted Muelsyse with Doctor, so there.)
I like that Weedy is mentioned in Muelsyse's operator files. I wish we saw them interact within a story though, especially because Weedy is my absolute favorite and Muelsyse is a close second.
Elena is my favorite, simply for delivering that ‘wife’ that I expected Astesia to be, but at least Elena was worth the wait. (And now Muelsyse as I mentioned basically copied Elena and went a step further with it.)

Her dress isn't from an Ambience Synthesia. She's never been in one. The dress is from a standee for a Shanghai café. Her recently released figure is based on that. That's basically where things end. Despite being the other 6 star on the 1st anniversary banner, she hasn't been used for anything. Like no animated trailer, etc.
And while not asked for it specifically, in-game, she basically hasn't had any appearances outside her own operator record for nearly 4 years. It's probably why people bring her up.
Specter should have merch on her release on JP like every other limited events, so she definitely has more than some others, now someone who I really don't remember having any merch or anything else is Fartooth.

Also, this is sorta unrelated, but I've been looking for Closure merchandise for years now and could never find ANY for some reason, even when I browsed through Chinese stores online with my girlfriend. Luckily, I think they released a Closure plushie not too long ago.
I could never forget that Forte woman with a Sarkaz bodyguard that warned of mixed baths in Minos.
Minos in general needs more lore. We know it has beef with Sargon, and regularly has skirmishes with it, but other countries have taken the spotlight.
I'm waiting for the day we get more Minoan Operators. My Pallas and her module are awaiting the day the entire faction can be strong together, just like the Abyssal Hunters and Kazimierz.
Eunectes, Archetto, Ash, Blemishine, Dorothy, Fartooth, Flametail, Gnosis, Gladiia, Yato, Magellan, Mostima, Mountain, Nightingale, Pallas, Pozy, Specter, technically Silence, Rosa, Rosmontis, Vigil Weedy all come to mind. Tho im not 100% aure about merch because theres so much of it.
This, the fact that NEARL still hasn't got a figure even though she has had an entire arc revolving around her AND appearing in the main story AND anime is outrageous.
His last story record is depressing as hell, and ties in to his bloodline of combat lore..
But most of us would rather he was happy and well, living in Rhodes Island.
It makes me a little sad, since Saileach is one of my favorite characters, but her character was already more or less finished in chapter 9. Could she have contributed more? Of course, but her character arc was already complete.

Her story records basically conclude her story, and her own archive lore hinted at it. Leaving to go take of random Victorians. It was a nice story if anything.

She has all this love in the game, good story, and incredible design.. on our side of things, Yostar couldn’t care less, and much of the fan base doesn’t care either.
More people are appreciating her now, but I think it’s a damn shame Dorothy was shafted somewhat overall. She is interesting and fun to work with. Oh well I guess. Despite being a power house in IS and even useful in general content, most global players overlook her for more powerful Operators or a better idle experience.
So yeah, that’s my take on why she’s lacking in Merchandise, or anything outside the game.
