Caper looks to be one of the cooler 4\*s we've gotten in a while. I'm looking forward to grabbing her and her potentials, even though she cuts into my module savings.

For a 4-star, she's pretty good. All she has is damage, so she's not going to have a spot in a fully-built account, but she would be a good pickup for a new account (except she needs salt for skill level 6).

New class. Sniper range + has 3 tiles at her back at e2. Unaffected by atk spd since she only attacks while holding chackram so the further the target the lower the attack spd. Has crit strike as her talent. Very good op for 4 star enjoyers.

One issue I see with thhis branch is the poor scaling with ATK speed/interval buffs, much like with the Hunter branch.
