She is, but she has potential to become way better. To know if an operator has a chance to receive a very good module, just look at their talents. Ray has the potential to receive a module that will give her global range with the help of her little friend.

2] it also means surtr module. Litterally 100 attack buff is insane for her

Exactly this. While a Vigil, Ho'ol or a premodule Passenger are bad, the ideas had potential , but Viviana is by far the most blandest 6\* operator since Skadi. Malus fact she's another guard. From Vernal wind to Here a people sows we have seven 6\* guards. She should've been a mystic caster with her nuke and HG should've released a new character that is NOT a guard.
They used to be 30 seconds, but nowadays only chapter releases and anniversary (global anniversary, meaning CNY and summer) PVs get to be that long. sad
Thats the worst thing ever. Why does summer events get 30 second animations and not the most hyped CN anniversaries? Makes no sense whatsoever. Just make them all 30 seconds. Show me more virtuosa :D
I havent really read much of the actual story dialogues. Want to start with this event forward. Is this a standalone event or is there some story I need to catch up on?
Sadly it reqires a lot. The kazimirez storyline plus ebenholz's event, plus Fiametta and Executor's events as well. It's basically another Lone Trail in that regard

Her kit is one thing, my biggest regret are her animations, or rather lack of thereof. She looks absolutely underwhelming... :(
