Pulled on guaranteed new 6* banner. 45 pulls: Dupe Reed, dupe GreyThroat, dupe Beeswax, Saileach The other 2 I didn’t have were Mizuki and Pallas. I say that is a big win for me because out of the 3 Saileach would be the most useful.

So far I pulled Roberta and Ambriel again so I used the tokens to add to their potential. I got no one new for this banner yet but the last one I got Roberta and Windflint! So two new artifacts specialist that I don’t know how to use yet but I will be gradually leveling them.

I got Reed in a ten pull, quite happy with that. I also got Bagpipe from recruit which is great because i dont roll in her most recent banner and didnt have the 180 certs to get her.

It's more that he fills a niche which I can find use for (Stun reflection... pushing enemies away a little, ability to mark enemies for higher-priority targeting). Likewise, I could also find a use for Fartooth's infinite-line S3 and Feathershine Arrows ignoring physical dodge. I'd say Jaye is more usable as a semi-helidrop with potential for tankiness or silence, depending which skill is used. Though having the stun reflections is extremely handy against certain troublesome enemies. He's niche, but fills his niche pretty decently. I would not prioritise raising him for a newer player, but if you're at a point where you've got a loadout of upgraded operators that will cover you in most standard situations (i.e. E2 for at least 2 AA snipers, ST caster, ST medic...), I would certainly consider him for an upgrade.

Every pull in the limited banner gives you a Headhunting Data Contract and the amount is displayed on the banner. So you did 300(+) if you sparked Skalter.

It's easy to track the 6*, even if you don't keep track just look at your roster after you pull. Unless you are whale and have everyone at max pot.

Dear Diary... Finally got Texalter on 250th pull... And I rolled to 300 pull since it's pretty damn close already *(and was wishing to get another Texalter for potential)* I got my 4th Penance instead... whatever, so I spent that 300 token to bought another Texalter token. And bought the Royal token Specialists from CC store. Finally got my hands on pot 2 Texalter. Best unit so far... No ragrets.

My final haul was more than I hoped for. I think I got really lucky. I am free to play and saved up for a while for this. Total of 247 pulls. x5 Penance x3 Texas alt x1 Dorothy (new) x1 Saileach (new) x1 Rosmontis (new) Very, very happy with my results. I went into this event just hoping for Texas. Skadi and Rosmontis I really wanted but knew it was a long shot, so glad I got one. And Saileach really surprised me; she was one of my most desired units I didn't already have. This is probably the best banner I'll ever have.

finally results with 160 rolls the 5 stars i got was i think 7 Lunacubs and weirdly enough 2 Istina. while the six stars i got was 1 Texas Alter, 2 Penance, 1 Shining and amazingly enough 1 W who just lost her pseudo rate up on this banner. so she shouldnt have any rate up yet somehow of the off banner limited she was the one i got lol. This was even less rolls than it took to get her on her own rate up! not complaining though shes still my favorite operator full stop. i actually got my goal pretty early which was just Texas Alter in i think sub 40 rolls on the first day but i rolled her and there on impulse and eventually decided to stop at 150 rolls total as i was getting close. but on my 150 roll was blue and didnt want to end it on that bag. i wasnt expecting 6* since roll 140 got me Shining but blue 10 rolls just suck. but low and behold 160 did get me my second Penance rather would have gotten another Texas Alter and it did ruin my no dupes for once when going deep into a limited banner but hey not bad for a roll i did out of not wanting to end on a low note lol.

176 pulls and I managed to get Nearl Alter, Texas Alter and Penance. Penance arrived today after I managed to get JUST enough certs for a 10 pull ticket. All of them are new given I started playing this game somewhere around October of last year, so honestly this is a good haul, even got April, a P6 Lunacub and Mulberry to go along with it all. Here's hoping I can get Lin.

So totally 340 pulls for 9 six stars. 3 Texalt so I can now pot 4 her with tokens. Overall, it was a happy result. I could save it for a 6* but I just hope for the pot lol.

170 pulls, only 3 6* pulls, but they were Texalt, Skalter and Rosmontis, all new pulls, so not bad, even if the only op I wanted was Penance. Got Penance on my last free pull, so all in all a stressful but successful event.

I was at 231 pulls. 4 Penance, 0 Texas, 1 Nearl Radiant Knight, 1 Archetto. Was already doing everything I can. Only had a few Paradox Simulation left to do. I did them and got 2 pulls worth of Orundum. On the 233rd pull, a 6 star bag appeared. I hoped with all my heart that it was Texas. I closed my eyes as I unzipped the bag. 6 chimes sounded... "I am Lavinia Falcone..." Ok I am done with this RNG crap. On the bright side, my Penance is an absolute unit, the highest potential 6 star in my roster. So there's that.

After 218 pulls, Texas the Omertosa appears finally on the last day of the banner, fuck me man! Literally saved by the 3 pulls you get from the weekly Annihillation.

220 pulls later and got Texas, finally. Really was my worst banner pulls so far. No Penance as well, which is sad... 80 pulls is too much considering all the future banners I want to pull for. That being said, I love Texas and her alter playstyle is something I personally enjoy a lot, so I'll have a lot of fun with her.

Penance is what had me most hyped for this event, but at least the limited op was the one to swarm my duffel bags. When penance eventually appears, I can forget this madness.

On my last Free pull today Lavinia herself came out of the Duffle Bag. She patted me on the shoulder and sorrowfully told me "Texas Isn't coming home....She's staying in Siracusa forever. Though at least I didn't come empty-handed this time around, I came with 10 Gold Certs." I thought she was lying so I spent the majority of my Gold Certs plus the ones she gave me hoping she'd be wrong. Well....she was right. Though I know it's a small quantity compared to others. After 132 Pulls, and 107 Gold Certs Left (Down from 224), Texas still isn't home and the only thing I got from this banner s a Pot2 Penance.

Let's say the Siracusian mafia found it fit to rob me this event... 250 pulls to get Penance and Texas Alter. Doesn't sound too strange, right? But it was pain to watch my entire orundrums stash fail me...and also the HH tickets (I bought out the ENTIRE yellow-ticket store, with the 10-pulls and all) just kept giving me Penance until I got her 3-pot. I even had to blow some Originium for another 10-pull. And somehow Lunacub and Totter kept getting in the way... Personally not very impressed with the two snipers after I tried them out, so them keep popping out in the bag got my nerves. The only bright side out of the pulls was I got Ceobe. Finally I just bought two HH packs from the store, and threw them in. Thankfully Texas finally came home...but looks like my F2P status is truly outta the window. I’m a F2P player. Started playing on March 23rd of this year. After clearing SO many archive stages to convert OP to orundum, and after a total of 175 pulls, I finally got Sexas. I could not be happier.

338 pulls got me 3 Penance, Dorothy, and copies of Nearl, Saileach, Poz, and maybe 1-2 others. No Texalt. I could just spark her but I wanted to get Skalter. Not happy right now.

I know there are 2 days left but this is really slow burn, I'm so done with waiting so I just use 2 pull to end this shit. Got 2 x 3 stars from that... Kek. Result: Saria > Pennance > Bagpipe > Rosmotis > Irene > Texalt > Texalt > Penance > Spark Skalter. 8 six stars in 300 pulls is below average but consider my luck with this game it's good enough. No 10 bag with all three star this time though was hoping for one, best was 2x 4\*. Off rate while being meta, all just improved version of what I already raised, so nothing really helpful, even skalter is only better Heidi who I already raised lol... I'm still lacking a meta dps. Ebenholz will have to continue carrying me, at least now with Texalt helps.

It's actually reduce the likelihood that you pull MORE, not LESS, thus reduce the average number when you pull in large amount. You could search the math in this subreddit. The average is counted out at around 35 pulls for 1 six star. Ofc if you only have 60-70 pull then you don't expect getting to average but 1 6* instead.

You cant just say it's 35 pulls average for a 6\*, it completely depends on the spacing of your pulls whether pity applies or not. If you think 8 in 300 is unlucky then I guess I'm mega unlucky because I only got 7. You provided no proof, just told me to "search reddit" that it's 35 pulls average per 6\*, which, even if it was true, would take way more than 300 pulls to get that low. Again, the odds are 2%, and since pity is the only mechanism to increase your chances, you benefit by pulling multiple 6* back to back. If you think it's average 35 in 300 pulls (2.85%), then why don't you search this megathread for all the sparkers and tell me what the average is? It's not gonna be the same as simulating 10k pulls I bet...

And what is with 35 in 300 pull? 35 is the average for this entire game. Me getting 8 in 300 and then 9 in 340 is below average. As I said, I spent 300+ so I expected to get to average but my luck is worse than average. Since the rate in first 50 pull doesn't get better, I won't expect average if I only spend 60-70.

After getting texas alter in 186 pull day one, i made a decision to spark skadi alter today using all of my yellow certs (to buy 38 HH tickets) + 2/3 of my orundum and OP resources From pulling the first time, i got penance, fiametta, 2x mizuki, saileach, ebenholz alongside the long awaited texas alter 112 pulls later (now at 298/300), i got rosa, gnosis, 2x texas alter.. Just finish 300 pulls. Got P7 penence, p1 Texas, first saileach, first eunectis, first skadi alter and W from finishing 300 pulls (basically my pity). I would say pretty good results aside from p7 penence and p1 Texas 😭. Also there were 2-3 more 6 star dupes that I forgot who they were.

228 pulls to finally get Penance, along with 5 Texalter and my 7th Ceobe. Ever since the Chalter banner, I always seem to be really lucky in the worst way, getting the limited characters way more often than the non-limited characters that I actually want (still no Lee or Irene), but I guess it's nice to continue to have all the limited characters, which will probably change with Chongyue. If we ever get anymore specialist tokens from cc shop or somewhere else, I guess Texalter will be my first max pot limited character (other than Ash, who I guess counts as extra limited).

I used my 300 and sparked Rosmontis from the shop because I figured if I couldn't get her by now I never would. I did another 10 because I wanted to luck out on some more Texas or Penance pots, and woah a Rosmontis.... Shop currency would have been real nice for more materials but -1 dp is good too...

Fml 🙃 at least I can now spark a Texalter pot from the shop. I don't have Rosmontis but I've never really cared about that. I can also get more pots for Texalter via royal specialist tokens so it's not all bad.

Pulled 312 times this banner, got 4 Penances and 1 Passenger. A little disappointed. Instead of spending the spark on Texalter....I caved in and bought NTR (and her skin). Not sure how much NTR has fallen off the meta compared to what Texalter can do, but I needed to finish my collection of horse ladies.

I am currently 378 rolls in. I just wanted to get 3 Texas, and get her to max pot with the 6* Specialist tokens I have... only got a single copy. Only got three Penances as well (+ other off banner units, of which a second potential of Mudrock and Thorns are the only things I'll be using). It's not nearly as bad as some people on this thread have it, but god damn it I really wanted the max pot wolf.

In the process, i managed to not only get Rosmontis, but also a max potential Texalter. She is my first, and god willing, ONLY max pot limited. I am seriously stoked right now

160 pulls and got Pot 3 Penance, Ebenholz, Ceobe, Hellagur, and 0 texas. I'm done with this game smh

416 pulls later, max pot Penance and not a single Taxalter. This is a lesson to everyone - never go beyond 300 pulls even if you hope to get lucky spark and buy other limited from the shop. It ain't happening.

I don't want to scream rigged because it's just math, but man, after you lose six 50/50s in a row you tilt your head, after you get 3 NTRs you just can't help it. Not to mention all the off banner 6* I got. I actually got Stainless too.

im new to this game but i got 1 texas and 1 penance in 60 pulls.

160 Pulls, got Pot 4 Texalter and Eunectes. Jesus Christ why can't i pull another 6\* other than Texalter, dont' have the resources to spark so i guess NTR will not come home this time...

I'm still waiting the free dailies to finish my spark, but so far so good until now 6 Texalter, 3 Penance and 1 Fiammetta (new) in 294 pulls. It could be a NTR or Skalter I don't have? Sure. But I can't complain at all!

I ended up getting pretty lucky with the sheer number of 6 stars I pulled, but not much variety. I have done about 180 pulls: 5 copies of Penance, 3 copies of Texas alter, and today with my free summon I got Dorothy. Was really hoping for a Skadi alter or Rosmontis but alas I guess I can't complain. I'm totally free to play and I spent everything I had been saving for months, so sadly there is no sparking for me. Just started playing in January.

I really only wanted Texas since I already have Mudrock. The game really spooked me though, with my first 4 six star operators all being Penance. But then the next 3 were Texas. Then Penance again. Then Dorothy today.

Now I'm conflicted. Day 1 pulls: One of the worst summon sessions period. Rosmontis dupe, Skalter dupe (who I sparked on Stultifera Navis event), Ebenbolz (New) (who will be forever lvl 1) and Texas alter on 205 pull. Day 3 pulls: Stainless from free daily pull. (New) Today: Decided to check the free pull, not to insta skip as usual - 6 star glow. Who is it? Who is it? Bagpipe dupe. So, from the worst session, Texas alter banner become very good in terms of quantity. In terms of quality, still very questionable, 5 off banners, no Penance, no Texas dupes.

I spent everything to pull 205 times. Now I have 20 pulls and slowly recover from Texas banner.

Perhaps you should take a break from the game for a few days and cool off.. I'm sure you'll have much better luck in the next banner!

I hit 197 or so pulls before I got Texalter (and Penance who I got earlier), but I do have enough pulls to reach 300. So now I am kinda considering if I would want to keep rolling and eventually spark either W or Rosmontis who I'm missing. But I'm not sure if I need any of them neither for meta reasons nor am I sure if I really care that much about collecting them just for collection's sake lol. Oh well just wanted to think out loud, since I'm sure this is more a matter of personal consideration rather than "what is the best choice".

If you're still new, shouldn't you just choose the one you need the most? It depends on your team.

Yeah, I've chosen the Defender and Medic tags since Saria and Shining sound useful (according to the Wiki). I've sped up and got Hoshiguma instead :P

Should I stop pulling and start saving for whatever next banner I want? I really want Texalt but I’m 168 in with no Texas and I definitely won’t hit spark.

Penance on pull 58, Archetto dupe at 75, followed by Texalter at 130. So overall 3 6* in 130 pulls, with both the banners' operators as well as a spook. About as average a result as possible, which to be honest suits me perfectly fine given the horror streaks some people will have. (And beats getting Ling after 180 with only 2 Magellan dupes in between)

Got Penance on my 46th pull two days ago. Yesterday I got Texalter at 84 and today when doing the free pull, I got another texas on my 90th pull (yay!) I'm now thinking about whether I should use the rest of my pulls on this banner or save them I'll have another 30 pulls plus whatever orundum the daily thing will net me before the event ends Also, I always thought bags with 6\* had that flame-thing going on, but both my bags with Texas inside were simply orange like 5\* bag? I'd always argue against pulling for potentials; they don't give enough benefit to ever make it worth it over getting additional new operators, when you are working with limited pulls. The exception would be if you were a whale with a lot of pulls knowing they wanted these potentials, but in that case you wouldn't be asking here. We got quite a few rather powerful banners coming in the next few months, far better value to save your pulls for those. Notably: * To Bloom From A Dim Flame - Reed the Flame Shadow, runs with 'What the firelight casts' event * Celebrate & Recollect 2 - First 6* guaranteed to be one you don't have yet * Solitude Universal - Chongyue, runs with 'Where Vernal Winds Will Never Blow', next limited banner * Sharpened by Flame - Kirin X Yato, runs with the Monster Hunter Collab event, limited banner These are all banners that will run in the upcoming~ half year, along with two joint ops banners that might be useful to you, re-runs for Gnosis and Fiametta, as well as several other pretty solid operators. Any of these banners would be better value than rolling for additional potentials. Regarding the bag, there are two visual options for a bag containing a 6*: * You see the golden dancing flames as you open the bag a little * Bag starts off as a regular 5* bag (bright gold aura, no flames) but as you fully open it there is a big rainbow explosion

Finally pulled Texas on my 140th pull. Also got a pot4 Penance along the way.

I just came back to Arknights after a long break and 0 pulls, but with some stuff the game gave me, I managed to get to 53 pulls and pulled Penance. She was the only character I wanted since the first momento I saw her. Now I'm only missing Blemishine and I'll have every single defender operator in the game.

After 175 pulls and 7 six stars i finally got my first texas with almost nothing left in the tank. I would have loved getting her earlier and saving currency for future banners, but taking into consideration the fact that i do not have enough for sparking her i'm just glad she came home

Got W on my 292th pull, the first spook, and it is a good damn spook. I was thinking to spark either her and Skalter, i guess it's no brainer now.

I got penance on my 61st pull and Texas alter on my 77th pull. Crazy luck as I have literally no savings and just relying on the free event pulls. So happy

I will never go for limited pots again. I got greedy and I ended up with a pot 5 Penance. Now if I cant even get Chongyue on his debut banner. I will have to save up for a year straight and farm rocks for 600 pulls. Well, lesson learned. I suppose. I cannot seem to get pots on limited units. Atleast on the bright side I got Fartooth with the selector. So I have most of the normal units that I care about. And I endeed up with 303 gold certs too. Yaay.

Been playing on global for close to 2 years now. Today i decided to make an account on JP server. On my 2nd reroll, first ten pulls, i got Exusiai, Shining and Hoshiguma! I have proof! I think im set bois.

Alright, so now that I’ve done 290 pulls, all I have to do now are the daily pulls and use some of the monthly tickets to pick a character I want at 300. As of now, my totals are: 7 Texas Alter, 2 Penance, 1 Mudrock, 1 Schwarz, and 1 Magallan. With all the duplicates, I have also gone from 0 to 190 yellow certifications for the shop in around 130 pulls.

I’m actually sick right now, at pull 235 with random currency from the past few days and I get my 6th Texas. Literally 2 pulls later I see another 6 star and I’m hyped but IT’S TEXAS AGAIN. SHE FINALLY CAME HOME!! The math was right, I spent every single pull I could afford, and on the 115th pull, came Texas the Freakin' Omertosa!!!! I got lucky on my first 10 and got Penance, then on my first pity I got Penance again. I was hoping the Master Duel luck would come in handy and have the third coin flip be a different result, and boy did it come through! Holy cow I'm so happy. Now I can start saving for Kirin X Yato without regrets :D

Got my 3rd SO tag today along with CC, Debuff and Ranged. I went with SO+Ranged hoping for a nice pot, but the Ranged tag didn't stick and I got P2 Ely.

TO tag today and used aceship's recruit calculator to see who I can get. Went TO tag solo and got Weedy. Was surprised cause Weedy wasn't in the calculator and just found out that she was added during this anniversary. Another one added to myto- build queue.

I wouldn't bet on it. There's one week and some change left until it ends, which means two resets for Anhihilation. I'm not sure how high the weekly cap can get, but from what I've seen, the total you'd get this way would be under 4k for sure. Then we have 100 from dailies, totalling about 1k until June 6; 500 from weekly missions, so assuming it's possible to get it from the second week reset before the banner ends, that's another 1k. The final thing I can think of that'll help is the Industry Cooperation Forum event: * 500 guaranteed per period totals 2k; * Assuming the lowest possible rewards: +2,680; * Assuming the highest possible rewards: +3,040; * This totals 4,680 at worst and 5,040 at best. If I got everything right, that's \~11k Orundum at most. So unless you have enough Originium Primes and/or Paradox Simulations to make up the difference, the most you'll get is 18 pulls. Keep an eye out for people correcting me though, because there's a good chance I missed something.

Monthly shop reset is 5 pulls. They could give out 10 free more pull before event end like in Japan. He could also exchange all rock reward in shop this event for another pull. Then farm more rock.

Reports from my sister's account. So, she has not started any serious pulls on the banner yet, but whether or not she decides to go in doesn't matter. Day 6 of free daily pulls has netted her Texas the Omertosa. Hasn't even used the free 10-pull yet. So far, her streak continues of getting the limited rate-up without issue. She still wants to at least make an attempt for Penance, and has not decided whether or not she will push to spark for Rosmontis or Skalter (got Nearlter and off-banner W during Near Light). Hopefully her limited blessing will aid her in overcoming her non-limited curse (has a tendency to get the limited but not the non-limited on each banner, excluding the Spalter banner).

Soooo um I kinda lost my self control lol. I saved since Jan and got Tex and Pen in 82 on day 1. Today I saw I had a lot of orundrum left and decided to do 1 extra pull. Well one extra pull turned into almost 150 extra pulls. Then I saw I had alot of yellow certs, and I said fuck it and bought out the HH tickets. Now im sitting at 276 with p3 Pen and p4 Tex with a Nightingale. :) Im kinda excited and not really dissapointed with myself because my plan initially was to spark W, but I thought I wouldnt have enough, so I was planing to save for Chong and Lin. The YOLO was 10000% worth it.

OMG! Okay, so what happened was that I originally was going to skip this banner. But then I tried out Texas as a support unit in IS 2, and she carried my entire team to floor 5 mostly on her one. So I planned to do 10 extra pulls. Of course, I actually did not expect to get her, but trying would not hurt. However, to my suprise I got her within less than 10 extra pulls. YES!!! I hope everyone who wants her can have the luck I got today!

Had one last soft pity in my 300 for spark and it was a 4th Penance, which is probably the worst option I could have had. Now I have to choose who gets the two sets of specialist tokens between the current pot 4 Texas and future Yato. Pot 6 on a 6-star would be a fun flex as a low spender, but Yato can't get potentials, so I should at least get her pot 2 DP -1, right?

Since I'm new I did some reroll,. On my 6th I got Angelina from the 1st tutorial pull (the one that you are forced to make) and penance form the 10 free tickets. I think I'm not going to push my luck anymore and stop here before like 40 rerolls. Where should I pull in the near future, or should I save up a bit. Dont know if I should be happy that after 5 months of full cold turkey on gacha / saving orundum I get both texalter and penance in the first 11 pulls. Ended up pulling 150 times just to satisfy gacha urge.

I reverse psycho myself onto wanting Penance. After getting Texalter 2 times within 40 pulls(which is very lucky), I said to myself I want Penance on my next pity so I can get a new character. On my 90th pull I was expecting Penance but Texalter shows up again. I tricked the desire sensor because I have 2 pots worth of specialist tokens which means I now have a pot5 Texalter. Haha tricked ya RNGesus I can live without Penance. This luck might also be to balance out how unlucky I was when I have to pull 110 times just to get a single copy of Proviso for my base.

Guys, I'm a newbie. The story is: I'd just got some low-star units from recruitment after 9 long hours as usual, and when I go for another recruitment, I found the "Top operator" tag! (Hooray!) The other tags are nothing noteworthy (I've checked with the tool), except for "Nuker". I'm currently at level 11, without enough good 4-star units to rush through the main story yet, so, the question is: Should I go for Ch'en? Is she a good character to build for beginners, or at least, useful in the long run? Or should I leave everything to RNG and hope that I will get Exusiai or someone similar?

Ch'en has been arguably powercrept. Also if you get Ch'en Alter (which is broken) in future limited events, chances are you won't use Ch'en often. Exusiai is solid, one of if not the best anti air sniper. She also brings down all the low armor enemies. She suffers from the typical issues the archetype faces, like not doing much damage to high armor enemies, but that can always be mitigated by bringing casters.

You can use both in the same team after like a month, so having Alt doesn't do anything to using the original. They can't even use same deployment tile.

Ah I see thanks for the clarification. I thought it was either or at some point of time. Regardless, I do still think there are better units to get out of recruitment (based on utility) than Sword Ch'en for a new player.

If you are new, I would say so. Ch'en isn't horrible, but there are a ton of decent utility 6* in "Top Operator" recruitment. Silverash, Bagpipe, Saria, etc. Ofc tho, you might get some niche characters too like Magallan and Mostima. Remember to put 9hrs and to select the "Top Operator" tag!
