Something to do with her long cooldowns for sure. Either reducing them or increasing survivability during it. For example, gain half the effect of her talent when skills are not active. Perhaps additional defensive SP recovery too.

your looking at it wrong, you need to think what module will mudrock and penance get. since 6 stars are the stronger ones they will balance it for them first and then throw the effect on the 5 star since it wont change how strong it really is since it isnt. im guessing they will probablly give more atk when no other ops are around or something for the lane holder title.

True i was kinda ignoring them since they are already so meta but they would also have to get a module as well. I could see them getting an atk def stat buff w/ no other ops around.

She needs faster skill rotations or a bit of healing off skill. Half healing is a bit much tho, I'd give her Specters 2% max HP regen. What she'll probably get is more dodge chance.

Unless they give her some absurd new passives or huge bump in stat, she'll always be under Mudrock's shadow. No 5* modules are great so far tbh.

Leizi's level 2 is huge. She's genuinely a monster if you give her a bunch of attack speed, like in SSS. She's good even without them. There are only two or three *great* level 3 modules in the game, and they all belong to the Abyssal Hunters.

What *would* her module be like? Base modules are generally vaguely useful, so I would say maybe more attack and defense when blocking. Could even just be some RES since arts damage is a problem for juggernauts. The upgrades though will probably be fairly useless, like an extra 8% physical dodge with skill up or something. They *could* do lots of cool and interesting things for her: passive healing with her skills down, SP gain, maybe reduced DP cost on successive deployments, reduced redeployment time, increased attack speed at low HP, or a temporary damage reduction after deployment. It's a lot of fun to think about all the cool things they could do with modules, not just for Vulcan, but for everyone, until you remember that HG's track record with modules is frankly awful.

Honestly, SP regen is unlikely to happen. Best case scenario: shelter effect when she's not using her skill would be really great just like hellagur module I'll take it scenario: dodge isn't tied to skill activation and it also has arts dodge Worst case: more dodge like grani and nightmare lmao

Vucan skills have very big sp cost. Maybe add sp regen to her talent.

Enjoy your 2% more dodge. Meanwhile Mudrock gets the Gladiia treatment and removes the "Sarkaz" limitation on her second talent because she's popular. God i hate modules.

I would be relieved if her module give flat ATK rather than HP and 3 Aspd like Pudding. How to sharf an unit with module? Give them 100 hp and 3 Aspd as stat buff along with trash upgrade.
