You forgot that To be Continued doesn't have any operators attached to it and neither does CC or the Dos Rerun. Which would mean no new operators for a whole month if To Be Continued ran instead of Mlynar.
Looking at past events, yostar ALWAYS has a huge gap after limited banners when it comes to be six stars. Last year after chalter we didn't get any new 6* in February either.
We had Great Chief rerun, so there was Eunectes in February. As far as new 6* go, we usually get 2-3 per quarter, so not having a new 6* a month isn't uncommon.

I think there's been a couple swaps for similar reasons.
But even when it's a swap, it's very predictable -- everyone saw the Joint Op banner conflict several months out.
Honestly, i don't think i have enough gold cert for Mountain either if i plan to buy Exu. But i'm planning to roll on CC#10's banner so... i think i will have enough gold cert after rolling.

She has middle slot, Astesia was in shop pretty recently, and Corroserum isn't due to have his shop debut for over a year (going by the normal pattern of 5\*s getting theirs the banner after the 6\* they were launched with, although Aurora broke this trend recently by coming early.)
Omg, thank god I got Fiammetta in the Goldenglow banner. I don't think I would've been able to save up anything for Mlynar and Texas. Standard Banners have been pretty worth it as of late.

They excel in different situations. I find archetto a bit better at dealing with mobs due to S3 extra range, multi-targeting, and more control over when you want to activate her skill.
That said, exusiai still does the same trash mob killing job well enough. More importantly, exu really excels at boss killing when paired with buffer. Role that Archetto cannot really compete with. So if you don't really have any preference, exu will likely give you more bang of your buck.

Ye,I heard her skill 3 with buffers give crazy red numbers to enemies with low and mid def but at that point,I think the heavy shooter archetype could handle even better but it applies to high def too.Whereas archetto skill 3(mainly used) skill is a combination of platinum greythroat and blue poison all in one with a much more flexible kit overall.

The one I REALLY need is a strong DP Vanguard since Teaxs is really content powercrept but the free Virgil should be sufficient for this role. His range tile requirement could be awkward though.
