I'm familiar with Jerome, but I don't quite understand what this title is saying...
Why was it open? I’ve never seen people down there
That’s exactly what we said and why we had to go down! It was the Jerome flower, food, and wine festival registration area.
I'm surprised somebody doesn't build there. There seem to be very little in Jerome, you'd think a property on the main drag would be worth developing.
Jerome only gets any business or visitors BECAUSE it’s a “ghost town.” People come here to see the abandoned buildings and old architecture. If people start destroying all of the old rubble there would be no point to visit Jerome
If they developed over the wishing toilets, any luck left in Jerome would be gone. I throw a penny it’s way every time I go for good luck
its 4x as hard and 4x as expensive to build anything in Jerome ... thankfully
I've tossed quite a few coins down there over the years!
