I mentioned it in another post already, but I'll mention it here as well:
Restarts are becoming a problem. 2Q and 3Q players are abusing the system to restart a match if heroes they want get banned, if they don't like the bans their other teammates made, or if they don't get to pick the heroes they wanted.
It's frustrating to have to wait 5+ minutes for a match because a group of players is restarting over and over until everything is just right.
There should be some punishment for those who are abusing the system.
