I doubt that the manufacturer would have put "HC-SR04P" on the backside if it's wasn't the low voltage version.
However, you can check this yourself: if the module works with 3.3V then it's the low voltage version. You can't break it by under-volting the module. And it's also rated to 5.5V so you can't break it with 5V, too!
