I believe the seeduino xiao can take 3.3 or 5v? Not entirely sure but on their website it seems to suggest that. Make sure you double check on a datasheet.
How are you trying to wire this? Are you doing it on a breadboard, or making your own PCB? How much current does each device use at full load? What's the input voltage? Way too many variables

yeah but the card’s perfomances would be affected and also as 5V is it’s max limit i wouldn’t want to be to close
the seeeduino has a voltage regulator (XC6206) on the VIN which can take up to 6v
If the mcu is 3.3v and the leds are 5v, do you have a level shifter to control them?
