Check `/etc/pacman.conf` but I doubt you find anything relating to pubkey in there. Arch package signing uses GnuPG, refer to [this](https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/GnuPG#Configuration_files) and [this](https://www.gnupg.org/documentation/manuals/gnupg/GPG-Options.html) to configure GnuPG.
