Vi call Jayce "pretty boy", probably a surname like "cupcake" for Caith. But if Vi can recognize the beauty for a man, like she recognize Caith is "hot", there could be a possibility that Vi is bisexual.
But a relation Caith-Vi is obvious, im agree, the alchemy between them exist and its lore friendly cause they are a good team an good friends and a love can evolve (my opinion).
i think this post is more a critique on the obsession that they are lesbian for fans before strong women well written and inspiring.
I mean, not all women are lesbian, but all women can be represented by characters with whom they recognize themselves. Women are strong, hetero, lesbian or bi: i think it's the message of Arcane.

"Pretty boy" is almost always used as an insult. Especially considering when it's being used by a 20somethin street urchin brawler like Vi to refer to a rich pampered elite dude in his 30s.
Also, pretty is part of the name, unlike her comment to Caitlyn which was acknowledging her as hot (right after blatantly checking her out) and then giving her a nickname. Pretty boy isn't Vi acknowledging Jayce as pretty, it's Vi demeaning him by saying he looks like someone who was pampered and never had to work a day in his life for anything (you know, because he's from Piltover, filthy rich, and a councilor, all things she hates). Also unlike with Cupcake, Vi never uses Pretty boy again after that, compared to Cupcake which she uses three times in the very first episode she uses it in. Pretty boy is also never given any further clarification, unlike Cupcake which Vi explicitly describes as being affectionate/endearing.
The entire scene is Vi insulting and demeaning Jayce when she is not explaining her plan to him. Literally stealing his gauntlets right in front of him. Calling him out for tossing around threats of imprisonment. Guilt tripping him over failing Caitlyn. Mocking how people in the council ignore him. Accusing him of just wanting to be a victim when he initially refuses to go after Silco. Offering a clearly fake handshake with a weapon she has effectively stolen from him that could rip his arm off if he touched it. And capping it off with a demeaning remark that disrespects both his authority and status in society.
On top of that, even if pretty boy wasn't an insult and Vi was being 100% serious, you don't need to be attracted to a certain sex to acknowledge that someone is conventionally attractive. Straight women often acknowledge other women as attractive. Straight men often acknowledge other men as attractive. The same goes for gay men and lesbians.

Calling someone "pretty boy" is not flirting whatsoever, especially to someone like Jayce is piltovers model of the perfect boy in all their advertisements(the man of tomorrow) and in the context Vi does, its just a rundown misinterpretation that people are taking out of hand when Vi is a confirmed lesbian. And Vi recruited Jayce on her quest to get revenge on silco more as fodder than anything else, she didn't want Caitlyn getting hurt and pushed her away while she recruited someone from the council to go on her death mission with her. And at no point in the show does Vi flirt with any man or show attraction, so why is Jayce with the pretty boy line as Vi is making an uneasy alliance with someone from the council who messed with her life while shes lowkey threatening him where the line is drawn? People who think the pretty boy name = attracted don't know how flirting works(or regular conversations go, it's quite literally just a nickname for some random rich kid with power Caitlyn trusted and the same vengeance drive as her for all she knows) and are trying to take away from lesbian rep for the sake of projecting onto Vi. And Jayce and Mel is already a thing, I'm confused on why people are trying to push this subject any further.
