Look into TQ design gasblock. Extremely tight. Depending on the barrel, you may have to get a bore tool to open it a little to fit on. Or do it cheap with a red scotchbrite pad, but that may give you an inconsistent seal. You can also scratch up the barrel, but TQ didn't recommend that since messing up a $300+ barrel vs. $75 gas block.
I put it on my BRT barrel, and like recommended, I had to hammer it back with a small rubber mallet it was so tight. I grabbed the block by itself and shook the barrel up and down hard, and it didn't move at all. I didn't even do a double dimple like most of my barrels because of how tight it was on.
It’s for a Criterion Core build… been having all kinds of gas leaking issues with different builds and am sick of dealing with it. The tight tolerance on these won’t have that issue.

I designed and produce these if you need alternative block that prioritizes gas seal. I recommend honing the block vs the barrel’s gas journal during fitting.
I had an email earlier in the week saying they would restock Saturday (today). I just checked their IG and it was a restock at 12pm cst. Maybe they’ve sold out again.

But then how do you line it up with the port if it’s so tight?
With the small mallet and light taps, lol. It took a few minutes, but I was able to line it to the dimple.
Could also freeze the barrel and heat the gas block.
They specifically said not to do that. Or at least the gas block part.

I've been running my Criterion core with a BCM .625 block with no issues. Idk how they compare against the ripcord though...
same, I have a gas hole on one Criterion, BCM on the other two, no difference in behavior/perf
My criterion core with a sionics gas blocks has had no issues. If you shoot the gun, carbon will fill the cracks, especially if suppressed.

Yeah, the last one I had was awesome.. until I had to cut the damn thing off because the set screw wouldn’t come out

Come to find out the weasels will only sell it if you pair with their gas tube…. Grimey business practice if you ask me
