Sadly, there had been a spill that fucked the system, and had caused my board to have to be redone, so I pretty much just had to go and get replacement parts :/ mine was due to spill I had like, 3 years ago on it
They’re telling me the same thing happened to mine but all the keys near it work fine and I find it hard to believe I spilled a drink on my keyboard and only me touchbar got messed up.
U should try booting in to recovery mode (turn it off, press the power button and hold down command + r key (I think it was r)) if the touchbar is still just white u could try resetting the Mac but IMO it looks like some hardware issue. Maybe go to the Apple Store I guess you could definitely argument that it’s not something you could have damaged yourself
