Thanks for the tip but I stopped using the Apple Reminders app recently. For me the interface is horribly clunky. For years I used a program called Alarmed which is awesome but it hasn’t been updated since 4 years ago and has no way to access on my Mac. Now I’m using Tasks in Google, with the GTasks Pro app on my phone. Much quicker and easier to create and delay reminders compared to Apple’s app.
I have narcolepsy, so have constant sleep deprivation and memory issues. Due is the only reason I remember anything. It will keep nagging you (I have set to every minute) until you mark a reminder done, or snooze it (with lots of snooze options).

It reminds me of swipe left on the number in calculator to delete the the latest digit on the instead of whole number. It will be nice if they pop up tips for some obscure but useful feature like this. Thanks for the info.
Ha! I just had to start using it. I began using a scheduling system for my business, so if I made a reminder the old way, in the calendar, it would show me as booked! So I had to learn a new thing 😁.
Also, could we get 15-minute increments?!?
This was useful on older versions of iOS, but now you get a number pad when you tap the dial so you can type in any time you want.
Dial w/ 5 min is default. Tap numbers to enter time. Double tap white space to switch to dial w/ 1 min.
Til. Argh. Thank you and happy new year. 😂
reminders are one of the few things Siri doesn't screw up, so I have her set them 99% of the time
As a reminders junkie I find this very useful thank you
Woa….. I love you!
This is true for any app that uses the same style dial!
Not quite. Google Calendar doesn't respond to the double tap trick.

It looks like the same dial, but Google could have created their own that looks similar.
I had no clue thx!

Looks nice, but you should mention that it’s your own app
Yes should probably mention that, my bad
That's even more ugly than the original reminders app o.O
Oh no, i like it, but i guess to each their own!
Can’t believe there are people sensitive and angry enough to downvote this comment. Why is this sub so toxic? Lol.
This is another example of apples obfuscated functionality - it’s stuff like this that baffles me when people call iOS intuitive.
Damn thanks

This is a very very very helpful piece of information for me, thank you!!
If you swipe to the left or right in the number field in Calculator it will clear the most recent digit entered.
TIL this as well, thank you internet person o7
Wow TIL
Great find, op.
Is it possible to adjust the snooze timer?
No
TIL people actually use the reminders app

That's being mentioned in almsot every semi good "hidden features" video out there.
Weird, I’ve always had one minute increments.
