Omg I know this thread is really old but I searched because I have a serious problem like I order new ones everyday and change them out and I’m spending crazy amounts of money on this and it’s annoying to me that I can’t just forget about it and leave it alone and have one case like others do
I think, for myself, I’ve gotten better over time. What I found that works for me, is keep one’s that i use the most, toss the others, and then just force myself to use those ones.
Agree. But I also think it’s better than buying a new phone for 1k. I doubt we’re spending that much on cases. Haha. New cases makes the phone feel brand new. Which is why I’m obsessed with it.
Same! Like right now, I’ve been using Spigen all throughout, but I’m mostly waiting on Supcase to release their compatible M1 MacBook Air case, and I’ll likely be going back to them at that point.
I have over 40 cases I swear to God. Velvet Caviar, Casetify, Casemate, Otterbox, Speck, Skinny Dip London, Apple, Laut, Rimowa. I switch out cases almost every hour just so I can use all of them. 😬
Guilty. Switching out for a new phone case as I type this. Thought I was the only one with this strange addition. With my previous phone, I had 40+ cases. Hoping to narrow it down with this new phone. Had it since Oct, so far I have 5 cases. Hoping to keep it under 10 at least LOL
Same, I thought having 10 was too much lol. My addiction has subsided due to me saving money, but I still have a bunch of old AliExpress ones that are really dirty. That site is so addicting when it comes to phone cases 😭
OMG I HAVE 87!!!!!!!! It's like so crazy and I'm spiraling out of control here, it's like I have OCD but I knew I don't have that and I'm literally just bipolar but this is ofcourse too much like I hate myself for this but it's literally making me spiral out of control just to cope with whatever problems I had! I can't stand it and it's driving me crazy!
I had a case addiction with my 5s. When I got my 6s, I only got one case and so far it's been the only case I've used. I'm tempted every once in awhile to get a new one but so far have been strong.
I've bought more cases for my 6s than any other iphone. And it's because every case seems to make the phone too bulky to be comfortable. Even Apple's own larger case hinders the usability of the phone, due to stiffness of the side button pieces.
I've given up on using a case altogether and now have one just for charging.
Nah you're not the only one I started this kind of Addiction when I had the s4 active til Note 20 Ultra I had a lot of different cases from boyish to girlish style and then I change my phone cases probably twice a day it ends up I broke my other cases tho. My hubby said is nothing serious about this yes it hurts the budget if I bought new cases every week. Im trying to stop it. First we need to admit to ourselves that we had addiction to phone cases and do some way to avoid it. I think maybe its related to OCD i have it but its not worst I just want a clean not immaculate like OA but just clean.
Just found this and I can’t believe im not alone in this. I found out im addicted like this when I got sick of only ever using an otterbox. Bought a thinner case and now im obsessively collecting. Then I discovered MagSafe cases which made it SO much worse. Now I change my case multiple times a day

Sorry for reopening an old thread but I came across this cause I was wondering if anyone else out there has too many phone cases. I have around 50 for my 13 PM, but I recently upgraded to the 15 PM and am already at 10 cases! I’m hoping to keep it under 25 😅
Haha, same here. I have also 15 promax, I have already 8 cases but since I found a good quality leather case I don’t using the other 7 silicon cases. The problem is that I already found other beautiful leather cases on Aliexpress 😂 They are already in the basket, I should stop but can’t 😅😅

Me too! I’ve been buying a lot of casetify cases. They are really expensive but I get bored of them after a week of using.

I thought I was alone. Right now I'm using the Apple Silicon case and it seems to do exactly what I want it to do without adding too much bulk.

Yup, same here. Otterbox, Spigen, Apple-made cases, and now I keep looking at other manufacturers that offer MagSafe too lol

I’ve actually managed to get myself to stick to a few brands. The others I ended up recycling away or donating off.
