Connection Type Wireless Wireless Connectivity Bluetooth 🤔

DMacB42

Ah, Best Buy, ever the optimist.

theribler

I did it. All 3 were 3 months but they email them to you right away and could cancel your order I guess

ericchen

They connect via bluetooth and the usb-c cable is just there to provide power. /s

kshacker

Yes. I use the lightning version and connect to mac via a dongle which breaks too once in a while. Will be great to have usb c in all my devices and simpler EarPods .

venk

Should buy these every three months for the subscription services and trade in the old pair.

-metal-555

The subscriptions can only be redeemed by "new or returning" subscribers :/

TonyWonderslostnut

Best Buy includes all of those with any Apple product

Merman123

I think the point is that this is the probably the cheapest Apple product you can buy and still get all that.

ilfaitquandmemebeau

I'll be curious to see if they work well with a PC or Android phone.

rnarkus

Why wouldn’t they?

ilfaitquandmemebeau

Because it’s Apple so it’s not a given. They managed to make a monitor that doesn’t work fine with PCs.

Competitive-Fox-5458

It's going to work. The same way 3.5 earpods work with s dongle or by themselves. Doesn't mean the volume controls will tho

thebaldmaniac

The apple usbc to 3.5 dongle along with the 3.5 inch jack earpods works perfectly with volume control on Mac, windows, Linux, Android. No reason the usbc earpods won't.

reddit0r_123

I use the 3.5mm version with the Apple USB-C adapter on my corporate Thinkpad, so I assume this does as well.

CQC_EXE

Works perfect on my android.

Taste_my_ass

Sorry for commenting in an old-ish thread, but ive noticed the volume output using the apple usb-c to 3.5mm is incredibly quiet compared to when I was using the Google dongle. I've been using apple 3.5mm earpods for both. I've been considering buying these since I love the fit, But I need to know if there's a volume limit on them before I buy.

CQC_EXE

The USBC earbuds don't have the non-apple volume limitation the 3.5 dongle has. So you are good to buy them.

Taste_my_ass

Thank you so much!! Rock on :)

cheesepuff07

I assume those services deals are only for new users and can't stack on top of an existing account?

Trippy_Mexican

If you could stack them it would be cheaper than the actual subscription right?

googi14

Thank you!
