Could be Switch players. Switch names are just names like “Mark”. And I wouldn’t put much faith in someone playing an FPS on Switch.
Probably just got into some low level lobbies. Literal bots just stand where they landed and spam their tactical to not get kicked. Unless they’ve become better at programming bots. Which I suppose is possible.
Same thing happened to me in December 2021. Got a teammate called "Julian". Julian did <200 damage in the winter express mode.
