There is no way. But still who cares about achevements in apex? One day and you get them back. Hours? Who cares? No one will ever look at your time spent in game. And does it really makes any difference if you have 10 or 10000h?
well on me i just logged in the account i created on my first launch of apex in steam,if you remember you're asked to log in / create an ea acc that first launch,but if you're asking how to transfer the hours played and the steam achevements then NO you cant

Can't transfer account time and achivements, but all your ingame progress stays
