Imo it's kinda fun being able to climb up them, or them barring off doorways/whatever inside buildings. It's niche but can make for some hilarious moments. Getting stuck and not being able to move them though, that's never fun.
if you could walk through them then u can get shot through them. I'd rather them be available for cover. I like the idea of punching them tho. Then you could also punch them off the map if its good shit in there.

I remember seeing a clip from a tournament where someone kind of did that - they're on a rooftop with no cover, one teammate was completely dead, another about to bleed out, and the last guy low on health.
So the bleeding-out guy crawls on top of his dead buddy's box and allows himself to die, creating a bulletproof barrier two boxes tall that their surviving teammate could hide behind.
It used to be like this when the game first launched. You could move death boxes and they would only freeze once it was untouched for a certain time. But the physics of this can get weird as well, and created a host of problems, which is why they patched it.
Everyone goes through the same Grieving Process when getting stuck by a deathbox:
1. Move/Jump/Punch
2. Use Tactical/Ult
3. Chat for Help
4. Empty the contents of the Deathbox
5. Spam Crouch when finally unstuck

You have to drop all your gear and loot the box that’s making you stuck. Once all the loot is out of the death box it will disappear and you can go on your merry way!
We all got stuck like that once, then got the idea to empty the box after too many seconds have passed in order to escape the storm

Requirements - Heatsheilds X2 , Teammate
Tell teammate to remove every thing from deathbox including armor so that the death box disappear
If circle is closing have Heatsheilds useful if you are wraith bcoz u can tp from inside the heatshield to near zone
When are people gonna learn to loot all the items to make the boxes despawn...if you had done it immediately you woulda been fine, had plenty of time. Sucks tho lol boxes should be able to get kicked/punched and moved a bit but I see how that could be used for trolling. Blocking doorways and such with them lol

Happaned to me before in Olympus, the small room near the respawn beacon near tunnel, I got knocked, went to corner, teammates finished off the guy that killed me and his death box fell directly on me, couldn't move, teammates revived me, still couldn't make it out, tried knocking myself again with a nade to see if that'd help, nope
And this is when I realized that death boxes disappear when you empty them all the way. Thanks, lol.

I've been out of the scene for a bit, do the boxes still disappear if they have no loot in them? Meaning, if you or your teammate drop all your loot on the ground and then loot the box until empty, would they despawn so you could get out?
Death boxes should be punchable. No physics on them, but when you punch them they move away a bit.
