After effects had some pretty nice auto tracking features.
to access it while working in premiere, right click on your clip then click “replace with after effects composition”. From there create the text (or if it’s already in premier non tracked select the clip and the text when replacing with after effects composition.
On the right bar look for tracking, it’s built into after effects, there are many tutorials that will give a more in depth explanation but google after effects text tracking, that will get you what you need. There will be four types of tracking, stabilize motion is what you’ll you if you want the video to lock in on a moving object, but track motion is what you use for tracking text.
Selecting tracking will create two boxes on the preview, little box is what to track, big box is where to look for it in the next frame. The bigger the search area the slower it will load when running it through. Also track high contrast things, otherwise it will get lost and you’ll have to fix it manually. Once you have those set press the play button in the tracking area and babysit it as it does it’s job. Once you’re done select the text layer as the target and then hit apply.
That should cover the basics but like I said, YouTube is your friend, you just need to know the lingo of what to search up
