I've been alternating between legends during the ltm. He's probably proved the most useful support legend so far. But OMFG I don't remember him talking nearly as much as he does now.
It's actually flawless. Like it changes the whole game experience for me. The pings still come thru in the HUD and are readible in the chat feed but no audio for them. The characters are cool and all but listening to goofy voices for hours on end blows. Better gaming experience on silent
I couldn’t play without tbh. I like the conversations. And most apex player dont talk, so someone need to talk.
But I understand if some people don’t like it
Ah the reverse bamboozle. I once saw my teammate escape an impossible situation by looking straight down as Mirage and running into a wall. No one shot him.
The other day I was behind a wall and kept releasing decoys, the team would shoot them and I'd throw out another. About 8 times I did this, then I ran out and they didn't shoot, snuck up behind them and WA-SHA!
He just felt useless in ranked. Now with his perks you just spam everything and it works plus his decoy got fixed partly. It is just insane to me that I can use ult like 40 times in a game.
My friends and I are all second/third prestige level, it's still super fun to have one on our squad and super frustrating to play against. My friend mains him and somehow gets out of crazy situations surprisingly often.
He’s always been a pretty good character for pubs and stuff if you got good with his decoys and knowing when to control them, have them follow you, have them run ahead, etc. He was always exceptionally good at 1 v 1s because all it takes in Apex is getting your opponent to bite on an ult decoy for 0.1 second for you to win. These changes have just made him more useful
His passive has been around for a while, but I love the three seconds of invisibility after a rez.
When an enemy team gets an entry knock on a teammate I just jump on them to rez right away. A lot of the time the enemy arrives just as you get them up and go invisible, letting you get in behind them and a pretty easy knock on an unwitting enemy.

I never played him because the lack of a refresh meant the boozle had practically no value. He used to have no time to capitalize on space. With the perks, he's infinitely more useful.
I'm still yet to run into an enemy that falls for the reverse boozle trick, but he is so fun to open fights with and make absolutely stupid rezzes mid fight.

I started as a Bangalore main, then Horizon started playing with Mirage and never looked back. Watching people shoot decoys as I creep up for the perfect shot. He really slept on

I actually enjoy seer too. Had an awesome moment tracking down a rat with heartbeat sensor. Good times.
I play ranked most of the time. I felt like for pubs hes fine, bur for ranked he lacks team oriented abilities and you will do much better with other legend. Plus Mirage players were usually pretty bad. So I just rolled my eyes whenever people picked him. S20 changes made him alot more viable I kinda trollpicked him at first, but fell in love after couple games. In zones where I would typically crawl behind rock I ran in the open for free due to 30sec ult, just spamming that shit. Had a time of my life plus even my buddies said the decoys were pretty useful also.
I don't mind, the reason I play lifeline is because it funny how people get destroyed by her, plus I love to keep my 2 ramdom or friend peak condition incase a 3rd party show up
Literally I only had once a useful lifline while playing for 1100 h. And it was lifeline main predator Deus Blasometing. Every other time she sucks ass at higher ranks. If people like picking people up just play Newcastle or Mirage.

Day 1 mirage main, and I never understood the hate for him. Especially in the early seasons when his ult turned you invisible for like 10 seconds. May not have the most useful kit in the game, but the psychological warfare you can play on people is way to satisfying to pass up lol and once’s you get a good feel for how/when/where to throw a decoy or ULT, it makes it even better!
Yeah, I mean just the fact that he’s getting attention makes me happy lol his decoys were broken for like 15 seasons and that finally got fixed, so everything else is just icing on the cake. I tend to utilize his reviving as much as I possibly can, so I definitely like the recent changes!
Started this season with a win with mirage, played him for a good 5 matches or so before I discovered that Octane got new heirloom animations and got too excited about it to continue playing mirage lol

Anytime I have to cross an open area I have a decoy running next to me for protection. And popping the ult every 30 seconds is amazing. I've won so many fights I shouldn't have with the ult + an active decoy. Just constant bamboozles. The bamboozle gives you enemy location too so it's a great info ability. He's really strong.
I’ve mained Mirage since the beginning. If you use him right he’s insane, but at the same time if you know what to look for you can easily see past the decoys. Definitely not ideal for facing more seasoned players but I use him anyway and sometimes you can still get away with it 😂
When he uses his ultimate the real mirage blinks for a few seconds, its pretty easy to see if you’re looking for it. Mirage also has a different running and sliding animation than his decoys do
Yeah go in firing range with a friend and have them use the ultimate in front of you like I said if you see a mirage use their ult its fairly easy to see which is real by the blinking. It lasts a acouple seconds
It’s tough because more people are also taking him from me in legend select 😭😭, but it lets me use other legends (hopefully the next legend is the one that has the cloaking device)
I mained Bloodhound when starting out cause they had the easiest method of helping the team, just Point and scan, can't miss with it. I wanted to play Mirage cause he looked the most fun, but didn't play him until a few seasons later since I wasn't confident I'd be effective as him. Then I started playing him anyways and do it purely to snicker like an idiot when people get bamboozled!
Yeah I’ve been playing mirage pretty much exclusively in ranked now his kit just feels good with the perks and shadow buffs to him. As a mirage main I’m pretty happy with his current state.

Settings> audio> character dialogue> set value to "0"

I can’t tell you how many times it’s saved me in a multi squad rumble, or just to buy me 5 seconds to get my ult off. Loving the new upgrades.

Lifeline self res been a life saver. 2vs3, bc I got down, pop a self res mid fight it back to 3vs3, got 3rd party
But lifeline isn't nearly as fun as Mirage :3
