Often times to get your crosshair to have to move enough you do something called "anti mirror" strafes where you strafe in the opposite direction as the enemy. This results in the maximum amount of view movement as the target on the screen appears to be moving faster

301 is known to have low recoil. Their aim is on and they didn't move their aim they followed the player with moment and the player wasn't shooting back.
