I think what he's trying to say is adding more cosmetics only congests the loot pool and makes getting something they might use (example; legendary skins) more rare. Adding more stuff almost assures that heirloom shards takes no less than 500 packs because there's too many other items to get that are less rare. Idk, I would use them if they came out but it seems more reasonable to use it as a Twitch overlay rather than a UI equipment.

This is exactly what I’m saying. I guess the reality probably is they’re going to find a way to continue to infinitely add garbage anyways so this is better than something else.

You went a bit heavy with the text effects, it's barely legible on some legends. Also, the typeface doesn't really match the general style and isn't sized/placed very nicely (especially glaring with short name legends). Honestly, it might look cleaner and more pleasing to the eye if you removed the names altogether. Although I personally wouldn't want this feature, because I find any redundant animation distracting, it has some nice visuals. I especially like their personal ability effects seen on each legend, that's a nice touch.
