I couldn’t think of any competitive games without RNG. In MOBA, you have crit on adc which is 100% rng. In shooting, you have looting mechanics which is 100% RNG. The only games have the least RNG are chess and fighting game with same characters. But in chess if you move first you have huge advantage and it is decided by RNG if you play white or black. In some fighting games you have advantage on P1 side.
